Pros: Yanti and her team were wonderful and the villa in a superb location. The villa was a perfect set up for us with 3 adults and 4 teenagers. There was plenty of space for everyone to hang out together but also spread out and have your own time too with each of the 3 bedroooms in the main building having their own balconies. Bonus was all rooms having their own bathroom. Location was quiet and private but easy for us to get around, with restaurants and shopping all within close walking distance. The villa itself was spotlessly clean and we’d definitely stay here again if travelling with a larger group.

Overall, we had a lovely and comfortable stay—made even better by the warm hospitality of the staff.
Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. The staff, Agus and Tari, were exceptional—super friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcomed from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, and we especially loved the personal touch of having a private ensuite bathroom in each bedroom. The balconies offered lovely views, and the 1.8m-deep pool was perfect for swimming. The main building is thoughtfully laid out across three floors, with a cosy living/dining/kitchen area on the ground floor. The location was peaceful, and overall, the villa had a comfortable and relaxing vibe.
Cons: That said, the villa is starting to show signs of age, particularly in the bathrooms. We stayed in Bedroom 2, and the shower cubicle leaked slightly—possibly due to worn-out rubber lining. Some minor maintenance would help, like adding cushioning or stoppers to the door frames, as strong winds sometimes slammed the doors shut with a loud bang. Also, while Bedrooms 1–3 are spacious and well-furnished, they only have queen-sized beds. Bedroom 4, which is smaller and located in a separate annex, is better suited for a solo guest. Lastly, the stairs (three floors) might be a bit challenging for elderly guests to navigate.

Beautiful villa, clean, spacious, great team!
Pros: Beautiful property with all the amenities that we needed, location for first family trip was perfect, Yanti and team provided us with everything that we needed, above and beyond by providing some helmets to use with the bikes. 10 min walk to Beach, 2 min walk to Main Street in Seminyak.

Cons: We were not aware that the fourth bedroom was in a separate block with tight staircase but still on the property.

Pros: Everything Hosts were the best All 4 bedrooms had toilets and showers Clean towels every day Rooms made and cleaned every day Surveillance cameras for the Villa
Cons: Only one thing when you’re 60 years of age Stairs are the only thing I struggle with but I still love the place

Pros: The villa is in a fantastic location not too far from the main restaurants in Seminyak. Gede and Tari were unbelievable always willing to help and they make the most amazing breakfasts and are always willing to offer advice and help out. They made the experience so much more fun. They looked after everyone so well. The rooms are a good size, albeit the stairs do become a challenge after a few days. The pool was great always well looked after and clean. Overall a fantastic place to stay and great staff that make the Villa so welcoming.

The hosts made our stay amazing, the home is beautiful and economical in price. It was excellent.
Pros: Breakfast was awesome, the hosts cooked every morning for us - asked every day what time and what we would like them to cook for the next morning. They could not be more accommodating.
Cons: The bed was quite a bit more firm than my increadibly soft bed from home which meant I could've slept better but was still comfortable and would suit those that like a firmer bed.

Pros: Great location, convenient to the main strip of Seminyak. Hosts were lovely & made a delicious breakfast every morning.
Cons: Property is a little run down, particularly the bathrooms - they need a lot of work as they are smelling of mould, which affects bedrooms.
