Villa C31 Seminyak

Pros: The pool was relaxing. The pics online are very accurate. Asta, our host, was super friendly and kind.

Cons: Location felt like it was a bit far. In the end, we got used to the distance. The shops and cafes are a good 10-minute walk away.

Amazing / Geweldig

Pros: We stayed for 3 weeks and loved it. It’s located in Petitenget area, there are many restaurants nearby so you won’t go hungry. It’s a walking distance to the beach as well. The staffs were great !! Shout out to Asta, Ketut, Wayan, Widi. They will look after you !! 😊

Cons: The only thing that can be better is the airco in one of the bedrooms. The airco needs to be upgraded because it’s too small for a bedroom that size.

Overall very good place to stay but some regular cleanliness neeeds to be maintained.

Pros: The breakfast was good but some varieties could be tried. The location is excellent but availability of some food places closer at walking distance would be better.

Cons: Changing of towels/linens and overall cleanliness was not satisfactory.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay here, the villa itself is a beautiful large space offering comfort in luxury.

Pros: Loved the location and the Villa was very spacious! The pool was nice as well as our cooked breakfast each morning. Ketut was very attentive with communication

Cons: There was something wrong with 2 of the showers in the upstairs room which made taking a shower in the uncomfortable. Be careful to not get water on the floor in the downstairs bathroom as the stairs get very slippery and they camouflage into each other… we had a few almost near slips that would have ended very badly!! The beds could probably do with a new mattress topper.

Pros: 1) It was just like the pictures 2) location was wonderful and alfamart and eateries are within walking distance 3) very peaceful 4) ketut was helpful but we met him only once while checking in...after that he was never there but he was available over the phone

Cons: 1) bedrooms are big but the aircon is not of enough capacity..hence the cooling isnt effective.even at 18 degrees, the rooms cool only upto 25 degrees...aircons were working fine but the temperature wasnt comfortable 2) no doors have locks....upper bedroom doors cannot be locked and the bathroom doors cannot be locked too...same goes with balcony doors.... Except main villa door, nothing can be locked which was a big problem for us 3) few of the bathroom fittings were broken...but ketut got them repaired the next day but they broke down again next day... 4) pool wasnt cleaned when we checked in but ketut got it cleaned next day All in all it requires a lot of maintenance and ketut can only get it repaired temporarily.... For the price that we got it...it was alright with us but aircon not cooling enough truly bothered us..
