Pros: Having our own pool that could use any time day or night.

Cons: The power went out on two seperate occasions. The second time was on our check out day so we ended up leaving earlier than we were going to, so we could get next to our next hotel in Kuta and find air conditioning.

My stay was quite comfortable and I was looked after very well by sari your villa manager.

Pros: We didn’t have a breakfast as we chose to do our own breakfast. The property is situated in a good handy stop to shops and beach access was good and easy.

Cons: Not much for my stay I found things good. If I had to say anything the villa could use a little more outside lighting.

Excellent Villa and location!

Pros: We booked both 3 bedroom villas for 4 nights for a group of 7 friends. The location was excellent, just 50m from the beach in the heart of Seminyak, so close to all restaurants and cafe. The 2 pools were excellent. Very clean. The rooms were great, beds and pillows were comfortable. I read some reviews that the cushions and couches were dirty and stained and the place was run down. This is either not true or they have done some work to the villa. The aircons worked great the whole time. The couches and all cushions were clean and tidy. No problems at all. We will definatly stay there again.

Cons: There was nothing we did not like about the villa. It was fantastic. I had read some past reviews about the property and was a bit worried it could be run down. This was not the case. We were all super happy with the villa and Sari the host was great!

Pros: Great location, peaceful, quiet, great pool. Staff were great and were not expecting to be so close to the beach. Would definitely recommend it to friends and will return to this villa again.

Pros: The location of the villa is amazing. Away from the busy street. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops and the supermarket. Staff are warm, insightful, and easy to contact. The villa is clean and spacious. We will book again the next time we're in Bali.

Booking.com flight terrible customer service £2.7k refund please

Pros: Place was great value for money. Journey out by booking.com ruined the holiday Forced to pay £2.7k at the check-in Worst travel experience in 35 years Customer services even worse, shame on you booking.com PS property it's self excellent value for money and location

Cons: £2.7k bill at check in and subsequent terrible customer service, zero stars

Pros: Have stayed here a second time. Wonderful staff. Also assisted via WhatsApp to arrange some supplies for a late night arrival.
