Villa La Sirena by Nagisa Bali

Pros: Location was fantastic, 1 min walk from the seminyak beach. the Chef who prepared our brekky every morning was an amazing person and cooked delicous breakfast for us. We had few options every morning and it was always on time as we requested. Even the manager Gus de was always in touch with me before the arrival and during the stay as well. Highly recommend this place

Homebase in Seminyak

Pros: This Villa is beautifully situated close to the beaches of Seminyak. It was a lovely Villa with a beautiful pool and 3 rooms. The rooms were very clean with comfortable beds. The manager, Gus, went out of his way to wait for us when we were delayed, very helpful and friendly, as we're our house staff. Agu came to prepare delicious breakfasts for us every morning, and even one morning very early.. no effort too much. If I were to stay in Seminyak again, I would return to this Villa. We loved our stay.

Pros: The staff are very helpful, always ready to help, respectful and above all very attentive to guest's needs.Gus the manager and Anyu are the most kindest people I have ever met.I would 100% recommend

Pros: The property was close to everything . Luxury whilst still quiet and comfortable. Breakfast every morning with amazing staff. Couldn’t be more satisfied, will stay again.

A good choice of villa for a large family wanting a private pool and excellent location near the beach.

Pros: Location was great - only a couple of minutes walk to a wide section of beach with plenty of bars and restaurants. The staff, especially our breakfast cook/ housekeeper were really lovely. She organised our washing to be done and was extremely kind and helpful when our son got sick. The pool was a great bonus and the two bedrooms upstairs were particularly nice and comfortable.

Cons: The downstairs bedroom was not as nice as the top two. It had a bit of a musty smell, as did the small en suite bathroom.

Excellent villa near Seminyak beach

Pros: All-round wonderful stay - Great location, very convenient to walk to Seminyak beach or to nearby shops - Very comfy, beautiful and spacious interior - Good facilities throughout (e.g. racks for drying clothes, mini shower next to swimming pool, cozy living room area) - Housekeeper Agung was wonderful! She came each morning to cook delicious breakfasts for us and cleaned our rooms - Host Debby was also responsive and helped us resolve any issues we had during our stay

Cons: Minor comments - We had an issue with the water which was quickly resolved. On our first night, there was no water going to the 2nd floor rooms, but after I informed our host, Debby, she came with a maintenance guy to fix the issue even though it was late at night. We really appreciated the prompt assistance and we had no other issues with the water afterwards. - Some of the roads leading out from the villa are quite narrow, so we had to be wary of traffic coming around the tight corners.

Fabulous stay

Pros: Relaxed vibe,Woke up to a hot breakfast every morning

Cons: 2min walk to beach ,10mins to flea market etc .Some villas closer to town if that’s what you want but for us location was perfect

Pros: Was close to shops and great walking distance to the restaurants

Cons: Getting to the property was a bit tricky and the front building looks creepy

Pros: The location is amazing- 300m from the beach. Very close to shops for shopping, central location for Ubers and scooter drivers. Next to other villas so always felt very safe
