Best value for money

Pros: Komang the host was absolutely amazing going above and beyond from the time we arrived to the time we left looked after us was always easy to contact while on holiday Rooms spacious had its own ensuite air-conditioning kitchen had everything you needed if you wanted too cook living room spacious six of us was more then enough room convenience store across with bakery and best coffee beach shops not far at all Grab was easy to order for transport and food if your ordering breakfast its a must for its price was so delicious massages we had come to our villa all four of us comfort of our rooms i could go on just come experience it yourself value for money clean location great and night security feel safe ill definitely be back ❤️

Cons: Only thing was our bed was little hard for me but otherwise everything was amazing ill definitely be staying here again

Could not have been happier with the location, the villa and the staff. Worth every penny!

Pros: Plenty space for 3 couples, with each bedroom having their own en suite. Another bathroom in the living area too which was great for using through the day. Great location, short drive to Seminyak and a very short walk to mini marts and coffee shops. Aircon in the rooms, WiFi and an open plan kitchen / living space with plenty room for everyone. The cleaners/gardener come every day except Sunday and do an exceptional job. Komang also made our stay very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent service, good location

Pros: Good location, nearby marts (indomaret) & nearby restaurant/ cafes. Komang is very friendly & greet us welcomely. Upon our arrival, she explained to us on the facilities & nearby attraction with welcome drinks.

Cons: None. I like everything. They provided home massage too (ofc with payments) & laundry service too. However, wish there were bidets. Overall, all good.

Pros: Great location and three individual rooms unconnected giving nice privacy to everyone, ideal for couples and older teen children to have individual privacy, nice air-conditioned rooms with comfortable beds and connecting individual bathrooms to each room . Nice little pool with great mature garden makes it very private and quiet location. Lots of restaurants and amenities within walking distance.

Amazing can’t speak highly enough about it

Pros: We got greeted with cold towels and drink on arrival at midnight The staff went above and beyond for us the owner komang checked on us everyday, the chef put on an amazing breakfast, comfy beds we had everything we needed plus more highly recommend See you next year

Cons: The beds were slightly hard but got use to it

I will be definitely re booking this villa

Pros: The Villa was perfect for us. 3 women travelling alone. It was private and Komang was a beautiful host. It is a little walk into shops but was nice to be staying out of the noise. Bikes are the quickest easiest way to commute. Photos are exactly how the villa is

Cons: If I was being very fussy the beds were a little hard

Pros: Komang was a great host. A hidden gem of a villa. Nothing was too much trouble and we appreciated the added bonus of a late check out due to a late flight which than also was cancelled at last minute before we were about to leave for airport.

Cons: Only thing was pool was a little cold due to being in shade most of day.

Cons: Please improve 1. hygiene issue - no bidet or water hose in the toilet 2. no dustbin in the room 3. hard mattress

Pros: Beautiful gardens/pool, large rooms & quiet location. Wonderful staff. Security code access to villas plus night time security guard.

Cons: Beds extremely hard

An Oasis in Seminyak. Handy to supermarkets. Recommend restaurant across road PROJECTS. Fantastic

Pros: We had a very responsive host. Komang was very helpful, welcoming and made sure we were as comfortable as possible.

Cons: Some environmental noises that could not be helped. i.e. roosters at dawn and dogs barking. These cannot be helped of course.
