Quiet center of the tourist zone.

Pros: Middle of Seminyak. Beautiful restaurants a stone's throw in amy direction. Not an authentic cultural experience so much as a pampered indulgence.

Pros: So far best value stay. It will suite all people who value privacy. Also want to mention that house is good and fresh 🫶 Definitely recommend!

Pros: My little slice of paradise 🏝️ A peaceful, beautiful relaxing stay 💛 I absolutely loved my time at Lumbung Wood Villas. The villa was clean, peaceful, and full of charm — private but not isolated. I felt completely safe walking to the main strip and around Seminyak. The wooden villa is honestly my dream kind of home. The housekeepers were fantastic — respectful, kind, and always made sure everything was just right. The lovely ladies in the spa/salon were always so kind and helpful with their suggestions and directions. Maria at reception was fantastic — every time I sent a message, she replied quickly and was always kind, helpful, and professional. She really went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. 💛

Pros: Loved staying here. Location is good. Villa was spacious and very comfortable. Private pool was lovely. Had everything you needed for a comfortable stay

Cons: The bedroom is located upstairs and the road noise was at times noticeable.

Pros: Friendly staff, it has a private entrance, it has everything you need, good location: the beach is at 20min walking distance or 5 min by taxi. Plenty of restaurants around.

Pros: large villas in convenient location, several restaurants, cafes, convenience stores at walknig distance; massage place at same location (you need to reserve, it seems a veyr popular one), nice kitchen with all needed; the villa with pool is pretty great

Good homely stay. Close to restaurants, laundries, spas and taxi service.

Pros: Spacious villa with kitchen facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. All facilities like restaurants, spas, laundries, taxi, etc are available on the same road.

Cons: The pathway to the villa is not maintained well. There was water supply problem for a couple of times. When we asked the staff, they switched on the motor. The staff should take timely action to avoid this. Will be great if they can provide some essentials like cooking oil, salt and sugar in the kitchen because travellers do not carry these items.
