Overall stay was pleasant and happy. Mostly the breakfast was good. All staffs seen with great smile all times and happy
Pros: Property is very clean and tidy. All rooms were very spacious and neat. Staff were very polite and smiley faces all times.
Cons: Property is approx 150 meters from main road and it’s very narrow. During walks, the drainage on the sides overflows and smells. However, this can be nullified because of the Management team as they were very polite and respectful. Property is well maintained and tidy all times.

Pros: Staff were attentive but didn't give notice prior to entering villa. The pool has a covered kids shallow area. The couch is comfortable and kitchen is well equipped. Location is good but driveway is narrow for larger taxi which is a mild inconvenience Breakfast was okay but awesome cafes around the corner I.e pison
Cons: Ants are an issue Aircon in one bedroom wasn't the best. Poor quality shower soap and amenities No coffee/tea provision

Pros: Lovely staff, large stylish spaces and thoughtful touches like plug adaptors and umbrellas. Our kids loved the pool and it was nice and quiet down the lane (in process of being upgraded). We enjoyed the nearby Greek, Mexican and Indonesian restaurants.
Cons: The bathroom drains could do with some attention (bit smelly at times) but I think that's part of the infrastructure challenges, rather than specific to the villa.

Perfect villa in an excellent location with wonderful staff.
Pros: Villa Artisane was perfect for our stay for so many reasons: First and foremost the staff went above and beyond to contribute from breakfast, cleaning, hiring us a vehicle, and assisting one of us with very strict dietary needs and anything else we required. The location was just perfect and so close to many great eateries,bars, cafes, laundromats and supermarkets. The location was safe and we felt very secure staying here. The villa is exactly as photographed on booking.com. The beds were were super comfortable and the bathrooms had great water pressure and never ran out of hot water. We cannot thank Komang, Adi, Putu and Eka enough for making our stay so enjoyable and most of all memorable. We would highly recommend staying here.

Pros: Great location with easy access to Petitenget (once you get out of the lane). Staff were super helpful and friendly. Comfortable rooms and living areas.
Cons: One point deducted for the laneway! The reviews are right. It is dark and rough. About time the owners along the gang did something about it.

Overall we loved it, would recommend for groups!
Pros: The staff were so friendly, accommodating and always available to help.
Cons: The long drive way to get to the property was quite narrow and had lots of pot holes which made accessing the property a bit more challenging, however it never stopped taxis/drivers picking us up directly from our door.

Our stay was fantastic. Beautiful villa with exceptional staff. Great pool and area to relax.
Pros: Breakfast was prepared for us each morning. The food was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They decorated and supplied a cake for a special birthday which was so nice. They also allowed us to stay in the villa a little longer than check out time due to a later flight. Overall we were very happy.
Cons: The stairs to the upstairs bedrooms were a little awkward. Needed mozzie spray for the rooms.but they didn’t have any.

The perfect and gorgeous villa for a group vacation!
Pros: This villa is just perfect. I travelled with my family and really appreciated the thoughtfulness of the design of the house and it's shared space. The living, dining room, outdoor poor and pergola are really inviting. The two main bedrooms upstairs are so spacious and I appreciated the walk-in closet in each room and large bathrooms. It's also great that this villa has a medium sized room downstairs adjacent to the guest bathroom. The villa is super clean and immaculately maintained, no complaints! The hosts are also so wonderful and kind. We enjoyed our breakfast each morning. As other reviews mentioned, there is a long walk-way to the villa but we found it safe even at night. Bigger vans, for more than 8 people don't fit but average sized vans and cars fit normally. This is an excellent villa in Semyinak and I highly recommend it.
Cons: I really did like everything about this villa, it's very hard to complain or list things here. My only feedback would be that it would be great to have lights installed in the alleyway to the villa.

Pros: Breakfast was delicious and the Villa was very spacious. We were so comfortable in the living areas - plenty of room to spread out, especially by the pool.
Cons: The area was very busy when you left the Villa - not their fault, time of year (Dec/Jan) and population around there. We did take a taxi to some quieter areas for shopping and dining.
