5 BR Villa Sultan Luxury Entertainment and Relaxation

Highly recommended villa!!

Pros: We loved the villa!! We had so much fun with all the amenities the villa has, we were always playing and enjoying with our kids. The staff was so polite and nice, they were always very helpful with everything that we needed and it was my wife's birthday and they even got us a birthday cake and balloons as a surprise gift from the villa!! It was a very nice gesture! It made our day. If you're coming to Bali I definitely recommend this villa! You won't regret it.

Highly recommend! Beautiful place

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this villa and absolutely loved it! The location is perfect,close to cafés and restaurants, yet very private and peaceful. The service was excellent, with a super friendly and helpful team who made everything easy for us. The villa is spacious, beautiful, and very well equipped, with great amenities that made our stay even more fun! We honestly didn’t want to leave and would 100% stay here again! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a special and memorable stay!!

Absolutely a fabulous experience in a great villa

Pros: A lot of space to cater for everyone needs, Great fun having the pool table to the games rum, lovely to connect our phones to play tunes, A lovely big kitchen and living room,

Cons: A little bit further from the beach than we thought, We had a couple of people found it difficult to walk but taxi only $5 to get to the beach so an easy fix

Family Villa, great location, lots of fun.

Pros: We had a great time at the property. Very spacious for our family of 7. We have a family with 3 young adult children 18+ and 2 teenagers. They loved the pool, pool table, table tennis and games/cinema room. The air conditioning worked great too. Just at the entrance to our street was a Circle K for drinks and snacks and many food options and market type shops. The manager was very helpful and friendly. All bedrooms had their own bathrooms which was very handy.

Cons: Master bedroom bed was firm so have suggested a mattress pillow topper which they said they would look into. But otherwise the master bedroom was a great size.

Pros: We read about a few recent feedbacks and were a bit concerned but the owner assured us the villa had been renovated, which we can confirm. i cant imagine anyone leaving a bad review. our experience was the best holiday we've ever had and we will definitely come again. we were beyond happy with the villa!!!

Pros: Everything!! The location was amazing, very quiet and close to great shopping spots and places to eat . The security at the entrance of the villas was reassuring and wonderful people. The Villa itself was spacious, very well designed, clean, extremely comfortable and the staff were amazing, polite and were able to help us with everything we needed. Any questions we had, the staff responded almost immediately. The photos online look great, in person the villa is even better than the pics. Halfway through our stay, we were trying to rebook for next year!!

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like about the property

Perfect place for a large family group but in need of some maintenance.

Pros: Location was great. Huge villa and plenty of room for all of us. Pool, billiard table, table tennis table and games room kept the grandkids entertained. Staff were fabulous. Were very responsive and made our stay enjoyable.

Cons: Despite the property being perfect for our group it was in need of some maintenance. Blocked drains, shower heads loose, no hot water in the kitchen, hot tub on roof not working, pool steps were slippery and dangerous and water caustic. Water was clean but really stung our eyes without goggles. We just wore goggles and scrubbed the steps with a scourer so we could use the pool so all was ok. Door on the street broken and could not be locked but there was another door to the house that was secure.

Pros: The pool and open space was great for a group the size of ours! Lots of room for everyone to hang out around the pool.

Cons: The difference is room sizes was a shame. The Villa wasn’t very clean when we arrived - bed sheets dirty. However, the manager was accommodating to fixing this straight away.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to any group going to Seminyak

Pros: Volleyball in the pool, table tennis and pool table

Unbelievably good villa

Pros: Awesome villa, it looks just like the pictures listed here. Wish I stayed here for my whole trip. Extremely clean and well looked after.
