Great location with easy access to shops, cafes and restaurants

Pros: It was very clean and great location situated off main road so couldn’t hear much traffic noise. Main road has mini marts next to driveway of laneway. Would definitely stay here again. We had 2 adults 4 kids

Fantastic stay.

Pros: The three of us stayed here for two nights, and if I ever return to Seminyak, I would definitely choose this place again. The villa is not too big but very comfortable, with two spacious rooms and complete with facilities. It is conveniently located near many shops and cozy coffee spots for breakfast. The staff, Pak Wayan, were wonderful and accommodating. Most importantly, the place is affordable. I also enjoyed swimming in the pool both nights which it was a truly relaxing stay.

Pros: The location was great. Easy access to good food choices. The villa was cosy and comfortable and we loved the private pool.

Perfect location. Home away from home

Pros: Excellent location. Most restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Wackos at the end of the street does a fabulous breakfast. The pool is perfect

Cons: The property is old. Don’t expect luxury, however the beds are comfortable and clean and the price is exceptional
