Quiet - Relaxing- Wonderful !!

Pros: This is my second time staying at this property ! ALL of the staff here are fantastic !!! Super happy , helpful and very accomodating. Very quiet and the pool is awesome !

Pros: The room was excellent with lots of space to relax, the pool was fantastic. The service was great and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The romantic dinner service and food were amazing.

Would definitely recommend

Pros: We arrived at the airport and then had delays with VISA and passport control. It mean’t the gentleman had been waiting for around 2 hours. We were so apologetic for the delay but he was absolutely lovely and super understanding. We had to check in around 2am and it wasn’t a problem nor any stress (which was needed after a long journey). The staff in general were amazing here, so welcoming and kind. We ordered room service one evening and it was great value for money. The breakfast was also good. We had no problems with bali belly either from the food! The room was lovely and spacious

Cons: The toilet might need some repair as the bathroom smelt a tiny bit, as well as a few touch ups here and there. The trees around the pool made it difficult to sit in the sun but we have gone in the rainy season so it might be perfect for summer.

Beautiful, comforting and the best experience

Pros: Love love loved this villa! The staff were amazing and incredibly kind, they helped us out a lot!

Cons: The shower head was abit slow in terms of water - other than that everything else was perfect

Pros: Amazing, the staff was toooo good the room and the view and the pool everything was damn beautiful, clean and I can’t say enough thanks to them for free floating breakfast. The breakfast teas damn good and the welcome drink and the starter damn good.

A hidden gem with fantastic facilities in a gorgeous villa.

Pros: This was a gorgeous villa hidden away off the main road. The layout of the room was beautiful with a bathroom that lead to the pool. The bed was very comfortable and the mini bar was stocked up for us. We only stayed for 1 night but wished we could have stayed longer. All the staff were friendly and helpful and they provided a fantastic breakfast to our room.

Private and feels like you're the only guests.

Pros: Private, intimate, staff were accommodating. Pool was perfect temperature and really clean. Free breakfast everyday and you can choose from a variety of menus. There are a few restaurants and small supermarkets in walking distance. Lots of choices of meals to order for food delivery (Grab Food)

Cons: It's near a bar/pub so certain nights you can hear loud music or bass pumping through the night (only for an hour or 2). Some appliances could do for an upgrade (Bins and some of the walls were rusty and had large cracks) Location wise a bit far from Seminyak Central and other major tourist places. So always need to order grab/ taxi.

Central to almost anywhere that you want to be. staff are amazing and extremely nice Le Cielo Villa is also very clean
