Pros: The location of Villa is not too far from the Seminyak beach area. 10 mins on bike and 15 mins by taxi. The facilities of the villa is adequate and complete.

Cons: The water pressure of the MB bathroom (with the tub) is relatively low.

The R Villa Kaba is spotless, with a first-class service from Suma, the manager.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at The R Villa Kaba. The villa is beautifully designed, with a pool that invites you to swim and is cleaned regularly. Everything was spotless, and the service from Suma, the manager, was truly first class. Highly recommended!

Nice stay, exceptional staff

Pros: The stand out for this property was the staff, Suma was incredibly helpful, kind and attentive. The actual villa itself was very pretty! We would definitely stay here again. The property was well maintained and secure.

Cons: In a bit of a strange location, however gojeks are readily accessible and it’s not a far scooter ride into the CBD.

Pros: Everything! The Villa Manager was very kind and very helpful. The housekeeping staff was also amazing! The Villa is even abit better than what you see in pictures. Totally recommend. I found it very romantic to watch the rain from the bedroom. The floor to ceiling windows in every sleeping room are wonderfull. Totally Inside-outside living concept 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 big nicely designed kitchen. The bathrooms are amazing. My favourite was the bathroom in Room 1, I loved the bathtub. If I had to nitpick, the road to the villa could be lit up more. It‘s abit dark, sometimes our taxi pass the road. Maybe put a lit-up sign? . But we felt very safe staying in the villa. Especially that the police station is right around the corner. Also they have 24/7 CCTV around the villa.

Pros: The aesthetic of the property it’s beautiful. The owner is very nice and very helpful, and the place it’s always clean.

Cons: The water at the property it is not helping at all as it’s come out very little and sometimes it’s hard to take shower as it’s stop suddenly.

Pros: Nice modern property with private book and bathroom for each bedroom

Cons: Wasn’t super close to main area but easy to get Gojek to get there

Pros: You have everything in the villa, water dispenser, cooking utensils, microwave, fridge it’s like you’re living in your own home!

Cons: It’s abit far from Marts and warungs if you don’t have any vehicle.

Pros: The property was in a great location for us, we enjoyed the cleanliness of the villa the service by Meta and her house keeping team was above and beyond. We were well looked after and any requests made were met.

Cons: Only single downfall of the villa was the rooster next door was loud in the early mornings
