The villa was spacious, comfortable and quiet, while still be close to everything.

Pros: The villa was spacious, comfortable and quiet. We were close to many great restaurants and very short cab ride to many more. Daryo was great with airport transfers and Agus was very helpful and accommodating with cleaning schedules.

Lovely villa for a chilled break

Pros: The villa was spacious and bright. Lovely garden with a lovely pool where you could enjoy a swim without listening to the neighbours or the car/motorbikes. The location was great as erlveryrhing was close.

Pros: It was perfect for a family group with older children. 3 generations, in fact, we were all very happy.

Cons: The mattress in the main suite would have been better if it was hotel grade. Towels need renewing. Some areas need a bit of maintenance but that is to be expected in Bali weather. Some mugs and tea towels in the kitchen would be nice.

Beautiful villa

Pros: The pool and location were beautiful, also loved that the rooms all had there own bathroom, we all had a lot of space and room to get about and there was a circle k at the end of the street to get alcohol. Bike hire was super easy to organise and you have a little patio with a sliding door to store bikes and for more privacy. It is within walking distance to places like Mexicola, kynd community (1km). 15mins by bike to Legian. Staff went out of there way to ensure we were happy and organised a beautiful surprise for my mums birthday.

Cons: Showers need to be fixed as water shoots everywhere, the downstairs bathroom tap can’t be used as it shoots water straight at you, upstairs toilet needs to be siliconed back to the ground as it was wobbly, the showers also smelt of urine/ sewerage in the mornings. One of the toilets down stairs were also leaking.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this lovely accommodation! The location was perfect for us. The pool was amazing. Some great restaurants within walking distance. The staff were exceptional especially Agus – friendly, helpful, and truly made us feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and Agus was happy to organise tours or drivers for the day. I highly recommend this place for a fantastic experience!

Very nice villa with great amenities and quick walk into the bustle of Seminyak.

Pros: Plenty of space. Lots of amenities. Bedrooms all very private. Quick walk to Seminyak main street. Great family villa for more mature kids. Agus was very helpful even when we had an early checkout he was there at 4am in the morning to make sure we got away ok.

Cons: Hot water wasn't always great in one of the ensuites. One of the bedrooms backed onto the driveway shared by the other villas. Noise carried through.

Great property in a central location, beautiful villa

Pros: This was an excellent property to stay at, located in the central part of Seminyak, with lot's of options of restaurants, cafes, bars, shopping nearby. The villa itself is beautiful, couldn't stop taking photos of the pool and garden, and had really spacious rooms/bathrooms as well. We struggled to find a villa with 4 bedrooms that didn't cost an arm and a leg, so when we found this gem we were really happy! The staff that work there are great at communicating with us over WhatsApp, and met us upon arrival at the Villa to welcome us and hand over keys. Agus was the staff member we saw the most, offering daily cleaning/groundskeeping and was a very nice person who made us feel very welcome. We would definitely recommend this villa to friends and family, and would stay here again :)

Pros: Lo mejor la ubicación de la villa, cerca de todo tipos de restaurantes y supermercados. La villa en sí es preciosa.

Cons: Las camas podrían ser mejores. Y me faltaron cosas básicas como un microondas

Comfortable stay near Seminyak

Pros: it is a spacious, self-contained property with 4 en-suite bedrooms. Pleasant living area, with reasonably equipped kitchen. Nice pool. We had a good stay overall (group of 8).

Cons: -busy area, frequent traffic jams. -while clean and comfortable, the property felt a bit dated. -no micro-wave
