Villa Ria Bali

High quality villa in Seminyak.

Pros: We enjoyed a very relaxing three night stay at Villa Ria. The villa is tastefully furnished in a very central location in Seminyak with a short walk/drive to a number of beautiful restaurants and cafes. The owners have given a significant amount of thought to each aspect of the villa, ensuring quality and comfort throughout. The staff were very friendly, and unobtrusive, and an asset to Villa Ria. We’ll definitely stay again, loved this place so much!

Amazing villa with great staff

Pros: Everything was amazing! The place looks better than the photos. The staff were amazing, we were looked after by Putu and Kadek very very well. Putu was always there to answer questions. Kadek cooked an amazing breakfast every morning. They were both also so good with our toddler, Kadek would chat with him even when she was quite clearly busy. The location is great, close to everything. The space itself was so well thought out and furnished tastefully. Everything was so clean including the outdoor area and the pool. Such a great stay, can't wait to come back! Prior to our stay Alyssa was very responsive to all my questions and organized a high chair for the toddler as well.

Cons: Nothing to dislike, just perfect!

The perfect Villa for a family getaway in Seminyak.

Pros: This Villa was absolutely perfect! It meet all our needs to enjoy a nice break, but also be part of the action of Seminyak. The lounge was a wonderful retreat for all of us at the end of a busy day to relax and unwind. The staff were exceptional - when my kids were sick the staff went and got fresh coconuts for them.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Large clean well designed villa in great location near to seminyak beach

Pros: The villa is in a great location, very close to the seminyak beach and close to great restaurants and beach clubs. The villa is big, rooms are airy and comfortable. The best part is the design of the villa. Every rooms have the pool view. The villa is cleaned everyday and kept in a very high standard. The bed is comfortable and the bathrooms and big, clean and maintained at a standard of 5 star resort. The pool is very clean and big enough for the whole family to have fun together.

Cons: The entrance road to the villa road is bit dark at night. Due to close proximity of other villas, it can be a bit loud if someone is partying in a villa next to yours. Twice in our stay in 7 nights, there was loud conversation and music in the next villa till almost 3 in the morning which can disturb your sleep and relaxation. The only downside I can think of is the breakfast is very limited. The options and quantities all are limited. Anyone coming from the west will not feel there is value for money with the portions of the breakfast. Even the Big breakfast they serve is not enough for my 8 and 10 year girls, leave the adults aside. We understand that since the breakfast is in Villa, it can’t be a buffet breakfast, but it’s not great with a limit set on quantities, and you will be asked to pay more if you request for bigger portions.

Beautiful villa close to everything.

Pros: The property is very new and renovated to a high quality. Situated within an older estate at the end of a cul-de-sac, the villa is protected from street noise and close to many excellent restaurants and shops. There is an excellent coffee shop at the busy end of the street (The Fat Turtle). The beds are very comfortable. The onsite staff are lovely.

Cons: The owner forgot to arrange our airport pick-up, even though it was confirmed 3 days before, leaving us waiting at the airport for an hour before we took a taxi. Unfortunately, we did not have a local number to call to see if a driver was coming. We were reimbursed for the cost however the stress left us a little traumatised. As this villa is in an older estate, there is a lot of renovation going on. The builders worked every day we were there (Friday to Monday) until quite late in the evening. The breakfasts are a bit ordinary.
