Cozy 3 Bedroom Villa in Seminyak

Great stay if your looking for a big place to chill in

Pros: Huge place and well maintained staff were always helpful

Cons: Nothing I enjoyed it

Absolutely awesome if you are after a private residence with all the extras … we walked out of the main bedroom straight

Pros: It was a beautifully designed property with everything we needed and our hosts were lovely Everything question was answered promptly and nothing was a problem 🌸

Cons: Nothing about the property can be faulted but the location was a little daunting to start with … however , after a couple of days we settled in and realised it was very safe

Great family villa

Pros: Excellent location, in walking distance to most places. Quiet location. Villa was a great size for a family with all amenities provided. Staff were very responsive and helpful, quickly fixing any minor issues we had. Lovely welcome pack on arrival including snacks and wine. Overall the images and description of the villa were very accurate.

Cons: Minor maintenance issues which were quickly fixed.

Beautiful Seminyak Villa

Pros: The villa was amazing. It had everything a person could need. 3 bedrooms, pool, kitchen, filtered drinking water, good host, walking distance to amenities in Seminyak.

Perfect paradise!

Pros: From the moment we stepped in it was like our own private oasis. The bedrooms were huge, clean and private. The lounge area had the most comfy lounge ever. Pool was wonderful and the locality to the main attractions within easy walking distance. I cannot fault and will not hesitate to come back.

Would 100% stay again

Pros: The host and staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Locations was good- little loud at night with neighbours dogs. My family couldn’t walk far so we got transport daily. Not far from most things/shops/ supermarket. Downstairs bedroom soundproof. Pool perfect

Cons: Neighbours dogs very noisey at night/morning. Bar across the river plays music upto 12pm.

Great haven from the heat and crowds of Seminyak

Pros: The floor plan was excellent for a family of 5. There was enough room to be apart as well as lounging together as a group. Was a haven from the outside heat and great to come back and relax in peace away from crowded Seminyak. The staff, Ayu was wonderfully attentive and responded quickly to questions, she also prepares an awesome breakfast - her banana pancakes were amazing!

Cons: Everything at the property was great. It was a little way away from the beach (about a 15 minute walk) but there were lots of places to eat within a 5 - 10 minute walk.

Pros: It was a lovely villa, good service and good location

Cons: the beds were extremely uncomfortable.

Pros: Reality was even better than expectations from photos. Very clean, beautiful pool. Friendly staff who were excellent at communicating.

Cons: Tiles are slippery when your feet are wet from the pool.
