Spacious relaxing stay with great pool
Pros: - The villa is incredibly spacious, the bedrooms are big and the bathrooms very open, with plenty of space in the garden to stretch out and relax. - The pool is a huge asset, with our kids spending most of the afternoon in here, and us relaxing alongside on the sun beds under the umbrellas. The wall of the villa provides welcome shade for the pool on the afternoon. - The staff are incredibly friendly and cook an amazing breakfast. - The garden is beautiful and impeccably maintained. - The location is relatively close to the shops and beaches of Seminyak (only a $2-$3 cab ride away), but away from the bustle of Sunset Road, so very quiet at night. - The coffee shop on the corner does an excellent cappuccino, and Warung Kelor just a few metres down the road is delicious for lunch and dinner. - There is a small convenience store nearby, with a supermarket, chemist and ATMs just down the road with everything you could need for supplies.
Cons: - The villa is at the end of a narrow lane off the road, which although this meant that there was little noise and passing traffic, it was somewhat dark and intimidating at night. Although, we never really felt unsafe during our stay. - The entrance to the lane was often muddy and wet, however this may be related to construction work on the corner which was happening at the time. We got by traversing over the concreted entrance to the coffee shop to avoid the puddles. - The toilets are outside, which may be typical for Balinese villas and great for blowing away unwanted smells, but it meant you couldn’t have a good sit and think without fear of being attacked by mosquitos. - Although the beds were large, they tended to be little hard and creaky. - The showers are lovely in the open air outside, but the pressure and temperature varied throughout our stay. - We had some problems with running water turning off, however this was quickly rectified by the friendly staff.

Great property, host and amenities! Loved our stay
Pros: The location, while tucked away, was quiet with a short walk to restaurants, convenience stores and a laundry. Only a short gojek across sunset road and then back to the hustle and bustle! The property was well spaced out, with a gorgeous lawn, day beds and outdoor dining option! The pool was clean and in good condition also wasn’t too deep so my daughter could touch the whole length!!! Beds were comfy, rooms were clean! Outdoor bathrooms were a hit with the adults but not so much my child, but she got used to it. Aan was an amazing host and housekeeper. So friendly and responsive, nothing was a bother! We will most definitely be back to Villa Eden!

It was good value for money. The caretaker was very polite and professional, made our stay very smooth.
Pros: Good value for money. Close to shops for basic needs, like groceries and restaurants.
Cons: Far from the beach, not walking distance. Both the bathrooms are open which sometimes is a little uncomfortable.
