Super location with a really affordable price

Pros: The villa had a really nice feeling to it, in a very central location. Restaurants, spas, bars, minimarts etc all at the end of the laneway. Pool was cleaned daily, villa was cleaned every few days which was perfect. Yonaton (caretaker) was at hand over whats app and checked the best timing for cleaning each day to make sure it was convenient for us, he was very helpful. The villa was a little run down but this was completely reflected in the great price. Three good size bedrooms perfect for a family or three couples, which would make it very affordable spilt between three groups. The owner Stephen was great on communication and nothing was too hard. He even let us stay all day at the villa for our late flight back home to Sydney.

Cons: Due to the location the local bar/club noise was loud. I highly recommend ear plugs for sleeping. Lots of mozzies so make sure you have the best repellant you can get. The villa does keep a supply of coils and spray which is good.

Pros: Right at the heart of Seminyak and lot of places are just walking distance. The villa is very cute and well maintained.

Cons: There are a few night clubs close by, on weekends you can hear the music like 3am - so carry some ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper.

Peaceful oasis in the middle of everything

Pros: The villa is in the beautiful central location. Has all the necessary facilities, staff is very helpful - thank you so much!

Cons: It can be a bit noisy for some people - but it is to be expected at the central location

Pros: Spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds, beautiful service. We didn’t need to go to the airport til late afternoon and despite checkout time, our generous host was kind enough to welcome us as long as we needed as no one was checking in that day. Thank you!

located close to night life and amenities

Pros: Location is great , one bed down two up. No tv downstairs. Great pool which needed a little maintenance but great on day of leaving.

Cons: location name as the mega w villa hotel is across the road and we were mistaken for there numerous times. Maybe a slight name change would help.

Pleasant

Pros: The layout was good. Plenty of space. Outdoor areas. Pool very handy as beach a good walk away.

Cons: There’s nothing I really didn’t like. Location very noisy but when you choose to stay in a built up area in Bali you have to expect it.

Pros: Good location if you like the night life. Staff were really attentive and friendly.

Cons: Villa isn’t serviced daily, so the cleaner and fresh towels, face washer and hand towels only every 3-4 days over the 11 day stay. Construction work was happening next door unfortunately however didn’t start early or end late. There wasn’t any shampoo, conditioner, body wash or hair dryer, so you’ll need to bring these.

Super maison avec personnel super chaleureux.

Pros: La piscine, le charme de la maison. On a est énormément de place. La terrasse état très agréable. Les deux personnes qui nous ont accueilli et sont venues entretenir la piscine sont très gentils et dévouées.

Cons: Les 2 bémols sont: Du bruit le soir. La Maison est entre deux restaurants et il y a des chanteurs qui s expriment jusqu a 1 h du matin…. Et La climatisation du bâtiment voisin est très bruillante..
