Cosy 3 BR villa with private pool in Seminyak

Pros: Really nice place and close to everything. 1min Walking distance to the main street of Seminyak with all the restaurants and shops. The villa was clean and the staff was really nice and helpful. Will be back there for our next trip in Bali.

Pros: The location. The enclosed downstairs area. The comfortable bedrooms.

Cons: Kitchen and bathrooms were looking tired.

Very nice and spacious villa.

Pros: We were three friends traveling together and the villa was perfect for that purpose. It is very cozy, clean and spacious. The pool is a great addition when you want to cool down. The large upstairs terrace was good for chilling and hanging out. Location was very good with most things we needed close by. The staff and manager Ranie was very sweet and understanding and helpful. Would certainly come back here again.

Great family villa out of the hustle

Pros: Close to shops but hidden from the noise. The Hut just around the corner down alley way was the BEST place for breakfast. Villa had all we needed as a family of 6.

Cons: Would’ve been nice to have been met as had no idea where to go as down a crazy alley way. They couldn’t meet us at villa as was after 6pm but we got a video message of where the key was hidden

Beautiful Villa, Great location

Pros: Beautiful villa close to the shops and bars/restaurants. Only a short walk to the beach. Nice a quiet despite being close to the main road. Staff were very helpful. Highly recommended

Cons: The AC in the main bedroom was pretty old and took some time to cool the room. Two rooms downstairs the ac was a bit newer

Amazing

Pros: Villa Maya was an amazing stay! We felt truly looked after and cared for! Each room and space was clean and great! We had excellent support from Raine the hostess, who also offered transport if we needed. Raine had excellent communication via WhatsApp regarding any questions about the villa or local area! The location is prime to the busy Seminyak strip with lots of yummy restaurants, bars and shops nearby, all walking distant from the villa. The villa location is very quiet with hardly any street noise. A beautiful breakfast / lunch spot “The Hut” is super close which I cannot recommend more! Thank you for having us! We hope to visit again and will miss the beautiful pool.

Pros: Stunning Villa with everything we needed. Walking distance to the beach as well as multiple beautiful restaurants. I loved how private and safe the villa felt as it is tucked away in a nice street with a guard at night. The filtered water was so convenient and saved us many trips to the shops for bottle water. The property management and Eka the cleaner provided amazing communication, service and help when needed. Thank you for the most perfect stay! We will definitely be back.

Quiet location but right near all the restaurants & shopping

Pros: Quiet location down back street but located near all the restaurants, shopping etc. Great communication from the owner and easy check-in process. They were also happy to let us check out later. Spacious rooms, nice pool. Maybe a wee tidy-up of paintwork in the bathrooms would make it a 10/10. Definitely recommend The Hut restaurant/cafe less than 1 minute walk away. The best!

Great and would stay again.

Pros: The living area and bedrooms are in separate buildings with the master bedroom being upstairs. We travelled as a family of 6 adults so the room separation was perfect. Lots of mosquitos but the host supplied repellent coils to leave burning. Communication with host was perfect and she was very helpful. New bakery called The Hut is within a 2 min walk from villa, which does fantastic food, went there every morning for breakfast.

Cons: Like all places in Bali the entrance to your accommodation is down a lane and ours was not well lit.
