AMAZING VILLA, GREAT LOCATION AND NICE SERVICE
Pros: We honestly wish we had spent our entire time in Bali at this villa. It was absolute perfection. The villa is nice and spacious. And the location is absolutely amazing. Close to many restaurants, cafes and boutique. The team was amazing, so warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Nothing was too much to ask. everything was spotless, organized, and ready for us. We were honestly blown away. The location is great and very easy to reach with Grab or a taxi. All of Antonius' tips were incredibly helpful and made our stay even better. Communication was super easy and convenient. We had such a wonderful time here and will definitely be coming back. Highly, highly recommended!

Great location, extremely comfortable accommodation with everything we needed. Highly recommended
Pros: Breakfast was not included but that suited us as there we plenty of options nearby and we also prepared our own breakfast on occasion which was preferable given we are small eaters. Had everything we needed, beds and pillows were very comfortable, the staff were extremely helpful and we would definitely stay again
Cons: Not a complaint by any means, but the Towels were a little worn but not all that bad as they were clean and charged daily

Pros: Close to shopping and restaurants! Also had a Security Guard at the entrance to the street.
Cons: Had water issues that were resolved quickly.

Pros: Amazing - Great for a friends get together. Clean and well maintained property. Helpful & friendly staff. Close to shops and the main street. Would definitely stay here again.
Cons: The only drawback was the loud parties in the area that sometimes impacted our sleep.

Lovely amenities, fabulous safe location and friendly professional staff.
Pros: Location and amenities were great. Convenient to restaurants and shops but far enough set back from the busy street to feel safe. Antonio and his staff were beautiful! Very friendly, professional and helpful. Antonio was always prompt in reply to answer any questions or requests. Liked that our villa was on a dead end street so we didn’t have passing traffic through the night. Also had night time security at end of lane which added to peace of mind.

We loved the villa. Very easy access to everything. Lovely staff.
Pros: A beautiful villa very close to the buzzy shops and restaurants of Seminyak. The rooms and bathrooms are huge and beautifully appointed. Fantastic pool and gardens.
Cons: It is located close to the nightlife and we could hear the music until early every morning.

A perfect 25th wedding anniversary stay at Villa Agni.
Pros: I actually like how calm , peaceful the place felt. It had all the things I needed for myself, husband and 2 kids. The rooms were comfy , the facilities ( kitchen , cable TV, the everything ), were awesome. We had cleaners that came to the Villa too everyday and that was great too, not having to clean up. Living in a Villa but still getting the hotel's services. The Villa operator / owner ( I am not sure ) , was accessible at all time, I just wish I had more days at the Villa.
Cons: That we didn't stay for at least a week at the Villa ! other than that, well, one of the bathrooms is next to the road and with the ajar / slight open air concept as how Balinese Villas are normally like, I was afraid of ghost . LOL.
