Villa Arbolita by JB Villas

Pros: This was the perfect place for our group of 8. Every bedroom was beautifully styled, modern and clean, each with an ensuite which was great. The pool and open plan designed kitchen and dining area was amazing. The staff were so kind, attentive and accommodating, coming to clean the property everyday at a time that suited us, providing fresh linen and towels. Location was perfect. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Cons: The kitchen could do with a renovation. The shelving and equipment is quite dated. But still very useable.

Pros: The property is in a great location. Close to everything - main strip, shops, cafes resteraunts, pharmacy and indomart. It was well maintained with new towels and a clean everyday, The host and staff were incredible!! Super helpful and so sweet. Siva and Ayu were a treasure to deal with! You won’t be disappointed. Thank you for a wonderful stay 🥰🥰

Was fabulous stay for two families of 4 with young kids. Very safe.

Pros: Indoor outdoor living was pretty cool. In January in rained most nights but didn’t wet the living area so we were still comfortable.

Cons: Upstairs lounge area couldn’t be utilised when it rained.

Pros: We had an amazing stay at this villa. The team of staff were wonderful — attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Communication was excellent from beginning to end, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The location is perfect, close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay in Seminyak!

Cons: The only minor suggestions would be to update the TV and microwave and the shower rose in the bedroom next to the pool needs fixing, but overall, everything else exceeded our expectations.

Pros: Great location, friendly staff, clean, great service, great privacy, area was quiet.

Cons: The aircons got hot in the middle of night, hot water was not enough for how many people were staying in the house. Bedroom doors dont close properly, causing mosquito's to come into the rooms.

Pros: It was an amazing place to stay! Loved everything about it, the staff were beautiful to us and so helpful. We felt very welcomed. Would absolute stay here again!

Pros: The cleaning staff were excellent the place was very clean and we had the best time.

Cons: My son said the hot water ran out but he has way too long of a shower any way.

Pros: The ease of communication with the Owner made the build up to my arrival stress free. They replied quickly and answered all my queries and more, making me feel reassured. Due to my relatively early arrival, they were kind enough to accommodate an early check in which was really appreciated! And the villa itself is beautiful! Will book again.

Fabulous, next time will be way longer.

Pros: Highly recommended, close to shops, beach and restaurants. Commuting to and from as well as around very efficient and excellently arranged by highly competent and professional staff. Great atmosphere and comfortable setting to relax in well maintained garden. All amenities available for long stays and super comfortable furniture and beds. Staff always ready to assist and very knowledgeable regarding activities or just arranging travel if needed.

Cons: No complaints.
