Sarayu Villa

I would highly recomment to all my friends and wouls gladly come back. The staff were all helpful and amazing.

Pros: The location is perfect. So quiet yet near the bustling streets of seminyak. Can easily book a ride.

Cons: We had minor problems with the door lock and the bathroom sink was slow to drain.

Pros: Beautiful villa in a quiet street and very kind helpful owner.

Cons: Unfortunately there was a building site next door at the moment we stayed so there was some noise sometimes but the owner helped to limit disturbance by asking them to not make noise when we were there.

Wonderful villa with perfect service from villa manager

Pros: We absolutely love Sarayu Villa. Spacious, clean and perfectly designed. The kids enjoyed the pool as well. Kitchen well equipped for light cooking and hot water dispenser available for making hot drinks. Bathroom was clean, bright and spacious. Villa Manager was so wonderful. He was very attentive and helped us with check-in & our travel itinerary, in fact he was kind enough to share with us all the local eateries haunts so that we could try some Balinese food. The location of the villa itself was strategic, 5 mins walk away from convenience stores, cafes, restaurants, laundromats, supermarket and fast food outlets.

Cons: Everything was perfect! No complaints at all.

Worth every penny and definitely will come again!

Pros: The actual villa is far better than the pictures published in web. Facilities are complete and my kids loveeees the pool especially the unicorn float. Pak Putu was an awesome manager! He delivered all the request and at the same time took us around the town on a tour for a small fee.

Pros: Very quiet area and great for families. I loved the pool and great bathroom. the beds were very comfortable and the little living area was great.

Cons: the outside of the villa was very dirty (needs to have a bit of a make over) like the driveway and entrance of it. and the toilet was too close to the shower, kept getting wet. also the sitting area is too hot to sit, needs better cooling ( maybe more fans on the walls so you can feel them) the ceiling fan did nothing. need bigger coffee mugs too.

Pros: Looks exactly like it has been advertised, the person around the villa responded quickly and was very helpful . Very clean and nice place definitely recommend, private pool was a plus

Overall really fantastic stay, 10/10 service, 10/10 cleanliness, and 10/10 comfort.

Pros: Very friendly villa manager- assisted to set up birthday decorations before we arrived and even added personalised note on the tv. Villa is very clean and spacious, cleaned everyday and new towels everyday. Very equipped with water dispenser, plates, bowls, blender, etc.. They will help to set up the unicorn float too. Floating breakfast will be prepared on request (additional charges depending on cuisine). Villa manager very kindly helped to arrange for a home doctor visit on our last day as our friend was sick.

Cons: There’s a new villa being built right beside us so there’s some construction sounds especially if you are in the pool or open dining area (although if the bedroom door is closed you don’t really hear it).
