Pros: Very clean and comfortable. Good communication. Location great, close to lots of restaurants. There’s also a little cafe just by the entrance to the villa. The villa has everything you need, great shower and air con, comfy bed.

Cons: The entrance to the villa is quite dark at night, you need to walk through a carpark/lane. It’s also mostly stones. This might be unsuitable for elderly or people travelling alone. But means the villa is private, so pros outweigh cons.

Pros: Staff and location were excellent. The villa is lovely and well maintained. Would stay here again.

Cons: Just a suggestion We would recommend a raised path from the villa to the lane. During heavy rain fall the water pooled and is difficult to walk through. This is outside the villa and in no way a complaint.

Perfect little oasis in the heart of Seminyak, loved our stay, 10/10!

Pros: Really comfortable villa for 2 people, good size pool, easy comms via WhatsApp with staff, perfect location, less than 10min walk to the beach and great shopping at the end of the driveway. We loved our wee villa and will 100% book again if we get back to Seminyak.

Cons: Due to open kitchen/dining, the rain made the tiles along the first row of tiles slippery, just make sure to have a towel at the ready to dry off when there is a Bali downpour.

Excellent accomodation, walking distance to so many places

Pros: We recently stayed in the 2 bed villa next door with our children, so decided to try the 1 bed for just us. It was great!! Staff were amazing, villa was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to everything. If travelling by taxi or hire vehicle, google maps will take them to the rear street that has no access to the villa. Advise them to go to Gg. Eddy and look for Pearl Hotel as a point of reference

Cons: The pool could do with a clean and a clothes airer for outside would have come in handy to dry swimwear. Apart from that it was amazing

Fantastic!

Pros: The villa is beautiful and well looked after. It has everything you could need. Amazing location, 5 minutes walk from the beach, everything you need is within walking distance and there is also a scooter rental place next door. The staff were friendly and helpful. Prompt reply’s on what’s app. We will be coming back!

Cons: Some of the towels and bedding were stained and could be replaced.
