Another Amazing Stay at Villa Ultima

Pros: This was our second time staying at Villa Ultima, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The villa has maintained its high standards, offering a clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed space to relax in. The location is absolutely fantastic, just a quick 2 minute walk to a great variety of restaurants, cafes, and shopping spots, which makes everything so convenient. What truly makes the stay exceptional is Mifta, the amazing staff member. She is incredibly kind, attentive, and always goes above and beyond to ensure you're comfortable and well taken care of. Her warmth and dedication are truly the cherry on top of an already perfect experience. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Very reasonable villa in a suburb location

Pros: Villa Ultima is in the best location right behind Eat Street and close to the flea markets / beach and Seminyak Square. The villa had 2 bedrooms upstairs each with their own bathroom and an extra toilet downstairs. The villa has a security guard and the staff were so helpful and reactive via whatsapp.

Cons: The pool area is shady most of the day which was great when it was super hot but didn't really allow for sun baking.

Villa Ultima is Paradise

Pros: The villa was clean, spacious and beautiful. The staff (Milfa & Ratna) came every morning to clean and were lovely to deal with.

Great location with restaurant options galore, walk to market and beachfront, and clubs if desire.

Pros: Location was central to visit all major areas. Loved having a security guy towards the front for peace of mind, and the highlight was the beautiful Mifta who visited each day of our stay with a smile, she was excellent and attended to our every needs and answered our questions. Was also good to chat with about local culture and daily life in Bali, appreciated her time went above and beyond for the owners.

Cons: Had a few difficulty locking doors here and there but that's it. Would have loved an option for a local to cook food in the home for breakfast or lunch, the kitchen went to waste.

Perfect!

Pros: The villa was beautiful and had everything we needed, the location was outstanding with the ability to walk to all restaurants and shops including Seminyak square and double 6 beach. Our host Ivonne was wonderful and went out of her way to assisted us with all our needs. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone traveling to Bali.

Perfect stay

Pros: it's just heavenly. it's kind of hidden, but only 5 minutes walk you are already at the hype seminyak with small stores, interesting restaurants, nice cafes etc. and in the villa we feel like in a peaceful real retreat. the very quiet pool villa has two bedrooms upstairs, plenty for 2 couples or 2 singles. we are very happy with the villa, and with Mifta, the humble, very reliable helper.

Pros: The location was excellent and the pool was amazing. It was really big as well so comfortable. The lady looking after our villa Mifta was just absolutely wonderful so helpful and lovely.

Cons: The only downside was the microwave tripped the power but it was easy enough to reset.

Pros: Amazing location right next to Seminyaks restaurant and boutiques. Mifta was a gracious host, extremely helpful and friendly. It had a private pool with spacious bedrooms. It was cleaned on a daily basis. Overall, a great stay.
