Pros: Villa was very close to the beach, restaurants and shops

Cons: It was always hot and the fans didn't do much. Lots of mosquito's. Towards the end of out stay there was a smell like something died at the bottom of the stairs.

Luxury villa with a very good location

Pros: The villa was exactly like the picture, rooms were clean, AC was super cold, the red big sofa was so good for lounging, cleaners came everyday to clean the villa, and the staff was really kind and helpful. The location was awesome, only 1 min walk to the beach, and you can find convenient stores, coffee shops, and restaurants nearby. We will be coming back the next time we visit Bali again.

Pros: Great villa...spacious although the mirrors make it seem larger than it is Great bathrooms and air con works fine. Wifi is good and close to the beach. It does need better lighting on the pathway as the steps are a tripping hazard.

Pros: Accommodation manager was very friendly and helpful. Well maintained and clean. Well stocked with appliances. Cleaners came daily. Location v near beach. Quiet.

Pros: The villa is a short, easy walk to Seminyak beach and next door to a fabulous breakfast spot. Rooms are luxurious - particularly the upstairs rooms (which somehow the kids jagged!). Staff are attentive and helpful.

Great approximity to the beach, cant play music after 10pm in the villa

Pros: It’s really close to the beach, and there is a little cute cafe right around the corner. Good value for the money

Cons: There are lot of other villas/hotels literally separated by a thin wall, and we absolutely can NOT make any noise after 10pm, not very convenient/private for friends who just want to have drinks or hang out in the villa at night.
