Spacious Villa

Pros: The Villa was spacious, it accommodate our need as a group of 4 adults and 4 children. Staff were friendly and helpful. The kids love the pool, and we adults love the privacy as well as the ambiance. It’s walking distance to the beach so our need to have both beach and pool were met.

Perfect location. Quiet and comfortable

Pros: Lovely villa in a very quiet street with security. Short walk to great coffee shops. Excellent location, 5min walk to the beach. Air-conditioning in bedrooms worked perfectly. Comfortable beds. Very Clean. Pool spotless. The filtered water machine was fantastic. Staff were so nice and helpful, Darma, Rasta, Ayu, Hendra, especially Ketut and Nikki.

Cons: Sheets and towels needed to be replaced, getting a bit old. An extra door key would be good. Only 1 provided.

Lovely Seminyak Villa

Pros: Overall the Villa was great! Very private and spacious, great pool, felt comfortable, enjoyed being there, and fantastic location. Few mins walk the beach, cafes and mini marts close by, easy to get around. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Would staff there again.

Cons: It’s a tad old and could do with a touch up or two. One night electricity and water switched off but was sorted out in about 10 mins.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable place.

Pros: Very beautiful and clean, fully equipped. The bed was very comfortable. Very spacious and quiet. Very nice and helpful staff.

Cons: Saw a super big spider right in front of the room, under the floormat. Gave us a big fright. 😅 Cannot lock the door for the room on the second floor. Swimming pool too deep for young children to play in their own.

Pros: Set back away from the busy streets so is nice a quiet. Only 5 minute walk to Seminyak Square. The staff were absolutely amazing! We arrived late at night and left extremely early and they were very accomodating. We also had a member of our group having a birthday whilst we were there and were able to organise a cake before we got to Indonesia through the staff who even picked the cake up for us and put in the fridge whilst we were out.

Pros: Really great property with amazing facilities and exceptional housekeeping staff, especially ms ayuk who took care of all our requests from arranging breakfast to laundry services, as well as late checkin and outs in the middle of the night. Really kind staff that were accommodating to our requests and always going the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend this property especially for large groups.

Pros: Good villa. Clean. Quick access to restaurants and bars

Close to beach.

Pros: Location, comfortable couches and hospitality and good breakfast by Ayu.made.nana.

Cons: Bathroom in need of some maintenance (and maybe a glass door to prevent shower water In whole bathroom)

Incredible, would return again!

Preis/ Leistung in Ordnung

Pros: Ayukk , so freundlich und hilfsbereit! Kümmert sich und erfüllt alle Wünsche! Kocht ein tolles Frühstück ! Ayukk, Wir geben dir 11 von 10 Punkten! Der Pool war auch sehr gut Bäder sehr groß Ayukk putzt blitzeblank ! Alles sehr sauber !

Cons: Die Bäder , die Schränke und die Küche müssten renoviert werden !
