Great hotel would definitely stay again!

Pros: I loved the staff of the property, they were extremely helpful and met us as we checked in, kept in contact via what’s app and informed us of weather to stay safe. The hotel was extremely clean, and the location was perfect, quiet and friendly area around. House keeping was perfect.

Cons: Their were quiet a few leaks, one of the bedrooms was leaking from 4 parts of the roof, in the toilet and all over the bed (at the bottom though), at the lounge room. The shower water did smell a bit (but out of control of the hotel). The sliding doors were extremely fragile and not secure. All of this though only occurred during extreme extreme rain, however it was still very cosy.

Pros: The villa was exceptional and exceeded my expectations. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Location was convenient with many convenient stores and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were amazing and assisted us with the check-in and check-out process. They were flexible with my check-in time and warmly welcomed us despite our flight delay. They even prepared a surprise for our anniversary. Highly recommend this villa!

Pros: The village managers were big on communication, was going above and beyond to cater to every need I had.

Cons: Due to the weather and heavy the pool looked like it was abit over flowing and could easily flood the house but otherwise everything was awesome

Worth all our money! We are really happy.

Pros: I like so many things about the stay! First was the host's service. She made us felt we were their important guest. Our host was Nessa. She was so helpful!!!! I lost my passport on the journey to the stay from airport and she helped me to contact the driver and dealt with all the fuss, I managed to get the passport back. No matter when we texted her, she always replied and sometimes with a call, just to make sure we are assisted. Second the stay is really comfortable and there are so many good restaurants, all walkable. Just walk out to the street, turn left and walk all the way down. TRY THEM! Third it has 3 separate rooms + 1 kids room. Spacious and wow so happy we booked it. The price is also great!

Cons: Oh the cushion of benches outside the villa has a bit of stain on them. Other than that, everything is really good.

Pros: Ideal location, away from the crowd but has loads of dining, spa options around. Villa was clean.

Pros: A lovely new clean property in a great location central to everything! The staff were great and helped out with anything needed swiftly. 😊

Cons: The only thing I can fault is the pool/outdoor area does not get any sun 😭
