Beautiful villa with amazing service in a great location.

Pros: Fantastic family villa with lots of space and a great pool. Mardi and her staff were amazing in attending to our every need sometimes before we even knew we needed it. Every day the villa was cleaned beautifully, Mardi and Adi cooked dinner for us one night. Our laundry was done, massages were organised, cars were booked and we had a really lovely week. We also loved the separate master and sitting room as it gave a quiet cool place for anyone who wanted it.

Cons: The mosquitos! As there is a permanently open area upstairs they come in to the house and there are a lot. I had to ask for spray twice. This was the only thing missing. The other thing was the lack of ability to lock the main door and some of the bedroom doors. The gate is locked so you feel secure but we had toddlers with us and wanted to ensure they couldn’t get out to the pool when we slept as there are no pool fences in Bali. We were unable to lock the room they were in and there wasn’t a key for the main exit door.

Great place, customer service 100% and location is close to many things. Was great

Pros: Lovely place. I was in contact with owner the whole time, very responsive. Arrived at midnight and staff were able to help at the front. Love that’s there’s 24/7 front desk and makes the complex feel safe. Place was clean and accomodating.

Cons: Not exactly like photos but similar. Everything was actually really great, would book again. Wish we stayed longer.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vienna villa (Naples suite) and will definitely return.

Pros: The staff were welcoming and extremely helpful on arrival. They organised our airport transport (pick up) and helped us to our room. The room was well equipped and clean
