What a gem !

Pros: What a villa ! Definitely recommend and return. Spacious, clean, excellent location. Butler to cook your breakfast. Can’t recommend enough.

Wonderful and attentive staff and loved the seclusion

Pros: Staff from reception to the daily butler were very attentive to our needs and very flexible depending upon what we had going on the day. We loved using the pool which was maintained daily and very clean.

Cons: The Villa probably needs an update (parts of it are now worn out). However the staff cleaned every day and kept it as best as possible. Unfortunately the only thing we didn't like (outside the hosts ability) was we stayed there over the New Year period. For a few days prior, at night there was the constant loud noises from the fireworks then on New Year's eve there were fireworks from around 6pm which we thought would finish at midnight. Nope. They continued on until 5am the next day. Also for a number of days afterwards, loud fireworks continued nightly. The Villa is located about a half kilometer from the beach.

Perfect haven in Seminyak.

Pros: The villa was amazing. Staff were outstanding. Breakfast made in your room every morning. Shout out to Anna who was a great cook. Nothing was too much trouble. Great pool. Great location. Very quiet, safe and clean. Best villa I have stayed in. Highly recommended.

Cons: Nothing. Perfect in every way.

Amazing!

Pros: We loved everything about our stay — the villa, the food, and especially the pool. It was absolutely stunning and perfectly maintained, making it the highlight of our trip. We spent hours relaxing by the water and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The staff were wonderful, offering exceptional service throughout our stay. Breakfast was freshly prepared right in our villa, and the whole place felt beautifully luxurious. They also tended to the gardens each morning, provided turndown service in the evenings, and even helped keep the mosquitoes away. We truly wished we could have stayed longer!

A calm and beautiful oasis to relax ,refresh and renew our energy.

Pros: Great attention to detail and exceptionally clean. Lovely details such as beach hats and sarongs to use around the villa. The staff were polite and very attentive to any requests. We felt safe ,welcome and cared for during our stay. Breakfast was prepared beautifully every morning with a good selection to choose from. We also loved the property was so calm and quiet away from traffic and pedestrian noise.

Pros: Fabulous staff and amazing villa and pool! Arik was fantastic and couldn’t have done enough to help. Even the in villa food/lunch/bbq was great

Cons: Being very picky here - but if you don’t like mosquitoes then the outdoor bathroom may be an issue. But only 1 of our party had an issue with the mozzies the rest of us were fine and the bath is brilliant!

Pros: the 24 hour reception was great (made me feel a little safer when getting back late at night). The pool was a great size and clean. The butler service was amazing (they could not have been more helpful). The property was well maintained

Pros: Everything about these villas are beautiful and it’s as it name says, SPACE!!!

Cons: I think improvement on the food would be something to work on.
