Vibrant Getaway in Seminyak: Villa Buyaya

Great place to stay in Seminyak

Pros: All was great, the master room upstairs is giant and overall the house is very clean and comfi.

Pros: Large 3 bedroom villa tucked away down a quiet lane but just minutes from shops, restaurants and bars. Spacious rooms each with excellent air con, large kitchen with 4 burner cooktop, fridge and water dispenser. The whole villa is very private, secure and not overlooked, and has a small pool and undercover parking. Unusually for Bali, the villa can be completely closed so you are protected from the heat and mosquitoes in the evening, but opening the doors during the day gives a cooling cross breeze. Wayan, the housekeeper, was delightful and the whole villa was very clean. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water and good pressure in the shower. Great value for money, especially for a family or two couples.

Cons: The kitchen could be better equipped (e.g. one small saucepan and frypan, 2 mis-matched wine galsses) so it's not really set up for cooking more than basic meals. Ceiling fans would also be great.

Pros: Literally the best place I stayed in all of Indonesia!!! AC worked perfectly in ALL sections of the house. Kitchen was fully equipped with a large fridge and freezer. TV worked great. Rooms were very clean and they offered cleaning every single day! Beds were soooo comfortable and sheets were clean. They gave us new towels each day which was amazing. Shower got very hot and stayed hot too even when everyone showered at once. Wi-Fi worked great for all of us too! The location is perfect as it’s in canguu but far enough from the craziness and close enough to walk to bars restaurants and beaches.

Cons: Nothing! It was perfect.
