A cheerful, tropical villa in the heart of Seminyak

Pros: This was a cheerful, affordable villa in the heart of Seminyak, a great place to stay for access to shops, Ku De Ta, and restaurants and cafes. The pool was beautiful. The rooms were well appointed. It had everything we needed and we felt very comfortable. There were some very good cafes and a resort restaurant within about 100m of the villa which were convenient for breakfast and late night snacks.

Cons: The air conditioner in one room wasn’t working - not a big deal for us, our kids shared a room. The stairs were a little unsafe-feeling with vertical ropes where a banister should be. The walk in and out of the villa to the main areas was along laneways with very little shoulder so it was a bit challenging at times, and taxis had to be shown where to take us. But these were not deal breakers, just minor inconveniences.

Lovely Villa

Pros: It was a good location.. walking distance to the Seminyak Beach, Eat Street, Ku De Ta and even not far to walk to Legian and Double 6 area. The pool was very nice and we enjoyed swimming every day. Penny, the housekeeper, comes every day. She is very lovely and does a great job.

Cons: It wasn't a huge problem, but only 3/4 rooms have a bathroom.. both the downstairs rooms have their own huge bathrooms, and only 1 of the upstairs rooms has one too. This means upstairs would be best suited to a family.. Maybe the adults in the main bedroom with the bathroom and the kids in the other room, without a bathroom. It could be awkward for friends as one room has to enter the other room every time they want to use the bathroom or shower, etc. You will always wake up the people sleeping when you enter the room. That's why I think it's best for the top floor to be a family.

Pros: host met us on arrival to show property which made it easy with a late night arrival time. location was quick walking distance from both the main area of seminyak, and double 6 beach, and also off the main traffic streets which was a bit quieter. The pool was excellent, and we enjoyed the visits from the gecko's, frogs and squirrels we got to see while just sitting on the porch! all 4 bedrooms were large in size with double beds

Cons: only bad thing about open living areas is you don't have an air conditioned space to hang out in that wasn't a bedroom. also bed 4 didn't have an ensuite like the rest of the rooms, so they had to sneak quietly past sleeper in bedroom 3 to use their ensuite in the night. still 3 bathrooms is excellent

Pros: Прекрасная ухоженная вилла, здесь есть все, что нужно для комфортного отдыха. Удобные кровати, чистая и исправная сантехника, просторный бассейн, зона отдыха. 7 минут пешком до красивого пляжа Семиньяк. В пешей доступности магазинчики, рестораны, на пляже всегда бурлит жизнь. При этом сама вилла - оазис тишины и спокойствия. Идеально. Спасибо хозяевам за гостеприимство!
