Pros: Location --> 10 out of 10, no questions asked, simply walking distance to everywhere and located inside a cul de sac street, so peaceful and quiet! Villa --> has a great floorplan, much bigger from photos, the playground + karaoke room is so rare to find, very homey! Service --> 6 stars, the housekeepers and manager went extra miles to be at our disposal, kudos to Bali hospitality!

Cons: The villa is so difficult to book for a longer term ( 2 weeks or more ) - it is always full or only irregular days left, not the villa's fault but maybe they should consider minimum stay for 10 days per stay for example knowing they are so popular? Would increase their occupancy ratio for sure?

Pros: Property is phenomenal, it’s just like the pictures - even better. The staff were great as well.

Cons: Only comments are that the beds were rock hard. Like… solid. And the villa wasn’t super helpful in the weeks before our stay with trying to organize things there so we organized everything externally and ourselves. But once there they were great and helpful.
