beautiful staff and villa !!

Pros: great location, beautiful living space and pool, big rooms and the best bathrooms!! staff were superb.

Cons: We had to call a plumber in to fix our water pressure in the shower and our toilets weren’t flushing but the villa staff sorted it out straight away - other than that it was perfect!

Lovely villa suitable for larger groups.

Pros: Very comfortable beds, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and everything was spotless (thankyou Natih). The villa manager (Made) was also very helpful and was happy to assist with any questions or queries that we had. There's many lovely restaurants close to the villa too. We were a group of 9 but could hold up to 12, so it's suitable for larger groups and we didn't feel like we were on top of each other.

Cons: It's a shame there was construction work around the villa, although it wasn't too bad (some noise only during the day), and the traffic on the main street gets very busy during the day, so leave plenty of time for taxis etc to arrive.

Pros: Spacious & comfortable. Great swimming pool perfect for our family. Natih was our amazing housekeeper. Friendly & helpful. Loved the door/outdoor flow

Hele fijne familievakantie gehad!

Pros: Superfijne familievakantie gehad in villa Nikaia. Het huis was goed uitgerust met allerlei keukenapparatuur en grote TV. Leuke restaurantjes op loopafstand van de villa. Met name goed verzorgd door Nitah die dagelijks de afwas voor ons deed de schoonmaak verzorgde en voor ons de massages wn pedicures regelde. En natuurlijk ook het andere personeel.

Cons: Dat sommige dingen enigszins verouderd zijn BV scheuren in een Parasol en vochtplekken in de badkamers. Tijdens ons verblijf werd er flink verbouwd bij de buren daar hadden we veel enige geluidsoverlast van.
