Pros: We had such a fantastic stay at this villa in Bali. The property was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and in a perfect location — close enough to everything but still peaceful and private. The staff were absolutely wonderful. So friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. They really made the experience feel personal and relaxed. We did have a small issue with the hot water on the first day, but it was handled incredibly quickly — fixed within an hour with great communication the whole time. That level of responsiveness really impressed us. Overall, a beautiful villa, amazing team, and a location that made exploring so easy. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bali. 🌴✨
