Kuta Town House Apartments

Great property.

Pros: The staff are amazing. They go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Thr breakfast buffet is quite good, but like a lot of buffets here could be a bit warmer. The pools (all four!) Are welp kept and lovely for a swim. All the family will love them.

Cons: The way in is a bit tough for drivers and taxis. But the location is great for restaurants, massage, shopping and the beach is only a short walk.

Cons: Mosquitoes was getting in somehow even though i had all doors constantly closed and i was constantly killing them. Always wake up with a Mosquito bite.

Pros: Friendliness of staff. Donna on reception - Amazing. Swimming pools were great. Housekeeping was excellent. Room service was great. Egg station at breakfast was excellent. This Hotel is good value, kid friendly, highly recommend

Cons: Access to the Hotel via a one way very narrow road made it challenging to come and go from the Hotel. Some GRAB drivers refused to drop off or pick up due to the tight access. Some were fine but it was hit and miss. We ended up walking out to a main street and transporting from there. It was easier. We made it work. Multi level apartments, the noise from the people above us, chairs moving, stomping of feet etc, didn't ruin our stay but was noticeable. The TV in the Master Bedroom was not a smart a TV, would have been great if it was. The Lounge Chair/Sofa Bed is bulky and uncomfortable to sit on, would recommend more comfortable lounge suite. Perhaps 1 or 2 recliners for people who want to settle in amd relax.

Pros: Stayed here multiple times now, great place to stay. The 2 bedroom apartment are great for families. Facilities are good. Location is great, close to the beach and JL Legian. Staff are amazing.

Cons: Only areas of improvement would be smart TV’s in the bedrooms for Netflix and other streaming services, and sometimes room cleaning can be very late. There was one night the cleaners arrived to clean the room after 8pm.

Pros: Lovely staff, good location with nearby restaurants and facilities

Pros: Everything! It was amazing. Most days, we had the pool to ourselves.

Cons: The location was good, but when we caught taxis, some wouldn't come down as it was too narrow, but others did, so it is doable.
