Pros: Отличный коворкинг, уютная крыша, небольшая кухня в номере. Неплохой вайфай, хватило для работы. Расположение в пешей доступности к океану и улице с ресторанами и супермаркетами.

Cons: По соседству в период нашего приезда была стройка и сам район со множестуом заброшенных построек темными улочками (справедливости ради, чтобы выйти оттуда на главную улицу нужно минут 7 пешком). Окно в комнате не открывается, стены и дверь в душ-туалет стеклянные.
