Pros: Totally loved everything about this place the staff were the most beautiful people ever and they always had big smiles on their faces im going to miss them all.

Cons: Nothing loved everything

Great stay, comfortable, kind staff, working hub

Pros: We stayed for the location near an Aussie school. Not a tourist hot spot but close enough to everything. Husband could use the co-working hub. Local food next door was cheap & delish. Staff were above and beyond. Their kindness was incredible & genuine. Laundry across the road was affordable. Indo Mart/ stores across the road for bits & bobs. Burger place around the corner delish & dead cheap. Fed our family of 5 for $15Aud. Sara was quieter than a big resort which we liked. Carla Spa down the road for $7 foot massages.

Cons: Lift didn’t work for a few days & we were on the top floor. Defs got our steps in lol. It was repaired quickly and the staff carried our bags & food up all the time.

Good place to stay when need good internet connection

Pros: Friendly helpful staff. Nice pool area. Co-working space with high speed internet and meeting rooms available for small fee.

Cons: Bit dated. Not many plug sockets. Good for families but less so for couples (only suites available do relatively costly due couple).

Pros: Erna the receptionist was awesome, so friendly, helpful and great knowledge of everything

Cons: Better food selection, breakfast offering better WiFi

Pros: Clean spacious two bedroom apartment with super comfortable beds. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Fairer, we would let her know what we were after n she would get us in contact with the right people (she went over and beyond). Great location, laundromat, bottle shop and minimart across the road. Delicious breakfast every morning. They don’t do dinners but that was fine with us as we got takeaway or ate out. Can’t speak highly enough of the staff, will definitely be back.

Cons: Not complaining but just as a heads up, bathroom floor can get very slippery especially when using shampoo n conditioner…extra caution needed.

Would stay again

Pros: The staff were amazing, the accommodation was clean and roomy for 6. The beds were comfortable and close to all the shopping precincts and eateries

Pros: Exceptional staff that went above and beyond, that rememberd everyoneby name , great location, beautiful breakfast every morning greeted with friendly smiles from Erna and the girls. Clean facilities, and the most comfortable bed highly recommended

Pros: Centrally located, great staff, always smiling and greeting you. Breakfast was good. Rooms and pool were clean.

Cons: The hotel is a bit tired and dated, but it’s still very clean.
