The Palmana Courtyard Jayakarta Residence 2

Pros: Thank you for a really nice stay. We stayed in the apartment for four nights and felt it was very good value for the price. The location is a 10 out of 10, absolutely perfect. A big plus was that we could use the entire area of the main hotel, including all the pools and facilities. The bathroom is a little old, but apart from that, everything was fine, and overall the apartment is a great fit considering the value. Special thanks to Fito, our host. Great stay

Pros: Loved the location. Very close to great pool facilities, restaurants. Quiet in the evening 😌 Unit was very spacious. David checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable and everything was OK which was very kind of him.

Cons: It would of been nice to have a small supply of tea and coffee for a cuppa in the mornings.

Perfect for exploring the coast for a few days, but be sure to see what else Bali has to offer.

Pros: This apartment is located within a beachfront hotel, and benefits from full use of the pool facilities. The room was a decent size; there were myself and wife plus our adult daughter who was able to sleep on the sofa bed in the living area. We stayed only two nights at the beginning of our holiday and it was perfect to find our feet before heading away from Seminyak.

Cons: Taxi found it tricky to locate us, but just be certain to indicate where they should go once they are on site - it is a large complex. The property is located at Legian beach, further south than Seminyak.

Lovely spot. Worth the price!

Pros: Lovely ground floor spot. Daily cleaners. Water cooler, fridge and stove top + microwave is great and very helpful!

Cons: Shower head needs a soak in some CLR. But it functions absolutely fine. A tv in the bedroom would have been great. Something to connect some streaming services to for down time.

Would stay here again!

Pros: Location is great. Close to the beach, money exchange, cafes, restaurants, pubs etc. Easy access to the property and great idea having a dehumidifier in the room. The room had every we needed plus being on the ground floor made it easy to access. Jayakarta itself isn't anything fancy, but it does us as a family just fine with multiple pools and a perfect spot in the middle of everything a traveller would want or need.

Cons: Exhaust fan in the bathroom may need to be a bit more stronger to try eliminate the moisture, but not a big deal. The cleaner did not come everyday but we still had enough of everything needed (Toilet paper, towels etc) The pull out couch is a good idea, but a little uncomfortable when a parent/adult needs to lay down with a child, but still fine for the kids to sleep on and wouldn't deter us from staying here again.

Pros: We had a GREAT time and were very impressed, there is a question about breakfast. We didn't have breakfast, we made our own, loved the location and space

Cons: As I mentioned to David when we texted, we had just some slight suggestions. A few things are rusty in the bathroom, but he said he is renovating and the curtains in bedroom ripped

Amazing rest just next to the beach.

Pros: The lady who was taking care of the appartment appeared to welcome us in a gate upon arrival. We arrived too early, but she did her best to prepare a room for us as fast as possible, and helped me and my mum get in, explained how the door code worked, and she was really friendly and nice. On top of that, he gave us her whatsapp number, in case we had any questions, to stay in touch with her. After check out, she still let us kept the pool towels, so we could use the facilities, until our flight back. Exceptional :)

Cons: The appartament was amazing, it is just the smell of the rooms is a little bit moist. Which is probably a common problem in Bali, especially due to rainy season. So it was not a big issue..

Pros: The place was great, the Jaykarta Hotel in General is a great Area/Place to stay, the host was excellent, I recommend this place for future visits, the beach and pool was great place to hang at.

Cons: I liked everything there, it exceeded my expectations, clean comfortable and had enough room as expected.

We had a wonderful stay and recommend.

Pros: The location is amazing. The pools are beautiful. The room apartment is freshly renovated and situated conveniently and on the ground floor at the hotel. Value for money compared to resort prices and highly recommended.
