Business Trip

Pros: Very comfortable hotel, lovely pool and well maintained. The staff were very kind and went out of their way to be helpful.

a great hotel for short or long stay

Pros: The Hotel has gracefully upgraded me to a BIG King Size room as I have preferred a King bed instead of a double bed. The room is cleaned daily. Good breakfast.

Cons: The mattress needs to upgrade to achieve an even better comfortable sleep.

Pros: Great breakfast, nice clean pool with good sat television.

Cons: Jimbaran area is shocking, beach filthy, very little tourist facilities. Do not recommend. Rooms very noisy and our room smelt of cigarettes.

Pros: Our room was near the pool, could relax by the pool, reception is helpful. Beach was only a couple of minutes walk.

Cons: What lets this place down it is isolated, hotels around and two eating small restaurants but the rest is local streets. The breakfast doesn't cater for western tastes although it has an egg station, they try but don't listen to what's needed i guess. For the price its ok but I struggled with wanting to see what Indonesia has to offer, they didn't have anyone dedicated to tell you what see in the area. Also the linen on the bed is oldish and not white and crisp, the pillows where big so I got a sore neck, but that's preference I guess. As per photos i guess they misplaced the mower as it was long and untidy.

Great place to stay for a relaxing day,

Pros: The staff was lovely and helpful, the room was clean with good amenities and very comfortable. We had breakfast and lunch and both were delicious. Finally we spent the day realxing at the pool and we had a great time, the pool was clean but not with an excesive amount of chlorine, and there was always an area with some shadow so we didn't end up too sun burnt.

Cons: Breakfast buffet was OK, not a too much variety of local dishes.

Overall a satisfying stay.

Pros: I like the shower which has good water temperature control and water pressure.

Cons: Please improve the quality of Coffee and Tea at breakfast. Its diluted and not hot enough. I wish there is Oatmeal for breakfast. Pls also provide more varieties of bread.

Pros: For us this was a great place to have a couple days’ rest after the long flight. Nice breakfast. Comfy rooms. Parking available. Very helpful staff. 24 hour front desk.
