Malaysia 🇲🇾

Pros: The place feels very new and is extremely clean. The room and bathroom are modern and well maintained, which makes it very comfortable and friendly for younger travellers. I checked in quite late (around 9 pm) and the staff kindly waited for me and made the check in process very smooth. There is no lift, but the staff helped us carry our luggage for both check in and check out and were always very helpful and proactive. I also briefly noticed a lady sitting in the common dining area when I checked in, she looked very elegant and added to the warm atmosphere of the place. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would be happy to come back 😃
