Pros: The photos accurately depict the facilities & dorm room I booked - it's a basic fan dorm, but I knew that when I booked. Beds are comfortable. Although I didn't use the pool while I was there (it was rainy) it looked clean, well-maintained and inviting. The rooms all have a little balcony/patio area outside with a couple of chairs and the garden seeing is very peaceful esoecially considering Kuta is such a busy place. The location is great - near shops, restaurants, the public bus stop, a tourist bus company, the beach and a mall. Staff are friendly and kind, snd responsive - when one of the fans in the room stopped working, it was replaced straight away (with a completely unnecessary apology from the lovely staff member). Drinking water, coffee & tea are provided free of charge and they even offer pancakes in the morning if you want them which was such a sweet gesture.

Cons: Thete's nothing that can be done about it, but as the water supply is ground water rather than a tank, the water in the bathroom smelled unpleasant (like sulphur/eggs). On the bright side it helped me to remember to use bottled water for tooth-brushing as the one time zi forgot the water tasted horrible! 🤣. The humidity in Kuta means the main door to the dorm & the bathroom door, have warped so they stick, making them noisy to open & close which can disturb roommates at night. Lastly, not a complaint or a criticism - this place is great value for money and I would stay again, but if you are someone who struggles to sleep when it's hot, pay a little more to book an air-con room instead as there's only so much that fans can do

Pros: I stayed in one of the private rooms. Staff & pool were lovely. Comfortable and good value for the money:)

Pros: The place, the position and the staff. I slept in dormitory for 3 person, it was very hot the AC didn't work, so we had just one ventilator wich was enough so the guys from the staff managed a second ventilator for us, so we were quite ok. The beds were comfortable.
