Nice staffs

Pros: Their location is really good. Feel like almost middle between kuta beach and jalan pantai kuta(car-running main road). Local market, malls(discovery mall and beachwalk), Legian are all easy access.You can also reach airport by bus(teman bus). Reasonable rate for its facility. Staffs didn't understand English though, they always tried to help. Water pressure, hot water, toilet all good enough

Cons: Hopefully they have open kitchen with fire for simple cooking
