Pros: The owners were very helpful and dealt with issues quickly, my friends aircom was faulty ( noisy) and it was replaced immediately.

Nice stay!

Pros: Room was functional and spacious, air conditioning worked well, the family that runs the place were very nice.

Cons: The shower head was not attached to the wall, low pressure but manageable.

Whilst a budget hotel it met my expectations and would recommend it.

Pros: Great budget hotel. Husband and Wife owners were fantastic. Decent size room with ensuite. Room cleaned every day. Unlimited tea and coffee. Close to beach, pubs, shops etc. Beautiful garden setting.

Cons: Need English TV channels in the room as the tv only had Indonesian channels. No movies or news channels. Lot of mosquitoes but probably time of year (November) Bed was ok but could do with a better mattress.

It was very good. I request the hotel to send me the few items i bought and forgot at hotel

Pros: There was no breakfast on the parkage but the management provided some coffee free of charge

Cons: Improve the air conditioning to provide the required temperature. The current air conditioning in room 11 is not good enougb

Pros: The staff were absolutely beautiful, they made my stay here very welcoming and friendly. I love Mumma Wayan, she always had a big smile and very helpful and caring.

Cons: it was a little older bathroom, although it was expected for the price and everything was clean, so that was fine.
