Pros: I liked the modern styling with white tiles through out, to the high ceilings. The aircon blew cold clean air. The fixtures were new. It was actually clean, not like soo many other places where the aesthetic looked amazing but, the rooms smelt of mold and aircons blew funky smells from them. So I was %100 happy with James Guest House and highly recommend to solo BB travellers and families as you can just book the entire place out.

Perfect in every way

Pros: We spent 10 days here and everything was perfect! Hot water, good wifi, Netflix, a clean pool, quiet. Everything you could ask for! Most importantly the staff here are so lovely to chat too and helpful and the room was cleaned every day.

As a solo traveller I felt so safe, it was so clean and just a great place to stay!

Pros: Everyday it was cleaned, such a lovely friendly family and as a female solo traveller they made me feel sooo comfortable! Will be back

Pros: Good stay with kind hosts. At a good location as well. Lots of dogs nearby, but as we love them we didn't mind at all! Clean and cute little room! The street is filled with beautiful flower trees and is nice and clean residential area!

Love Bali and miss it already and would stay here again.

Pros: I loved staying here at James Guest House with a lovely big spacious clean double room with a massive big bathroom. The room was clean tiled floor with a lovely long length mirror, tv remote and great air con. The shower was lovely and warm. Lots of wardrobe and cupbaord storage. also with bedside tables/lamps and outlets for plugging in your applicance. little balcony with seat and table and little clothes line but owner also can arrange to clean laundry. Room is cleaned daily by Petut niece of lovely owners Katut and Gday. Its a 10min walk down to the beach through the centre of Seminyak. Great location and supermarket up the road near by to stock your mini fridge. My 21 days flew by in Bali and would stay here again.

Cons: nothing really only that i would have loved to stay longer. I didnt really use the pool much as i was walking down to the beach.
