Great location and fantastic family sized pool.

Pros: Fantastic location if you want to be within a short walk to the hustle and bustle but far enough away to feel like you are in a much more secluded area. 10 minute walk to the main drag. Lots of great cafes and amenities right out the front. Massive pool and the villa location is at the end of an isolated block so kids can make a ruckus without any stress of upsetting the neighbours. The set up has 3 separate rooms surrounding the pool. Fantastic for family’s with polder kids or a group of friends.

Cons: It was a little tired but if you’re not looking for a shiny new build then this is your kind of place. I loved the lived in feel. The outdoor living area is a bit weathered but comfortable.

Pros: Thanks to Ani and the staff at Villa Essence, it was a premium Villa in a great location. Rooms, pool and living area was immaculate and great for kids. Fully cooked breakfast every morning and villa super cleaned everyday. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks

Lovely staff

Pros: The villa was absolutely gorgeous and location was just perfect. The pool was also a fantastic size. But what made our stay so amazing was the fabulous staff - Ayu, Putu, and Anis who were all so amazing, so responsive to all our requests, and just so friendly and lovely. Thank you so much for making our stay so amazing

Cons: Quite a few issues with the hot water, lights etc but this was promptly resolved.

Overall stay was smooth and comfortable but breakfast was a BIG turn off.

Pros: The location is good. The villa is huge and comfortable with all the basic amenities.

Cons: Breakfast was a big turn off for our stay. we booked the villa with breakfast however when we reached the care taker didn't have any idea that the booking was with breakfast. Later after a long discussion they agreed to serve breakfast after we showed them the booking. Breakfast options were limited and was below average.

Would 100% stay again - kitchen needs a good clean though

Pros: Lovely stay - staff were so lovely and kind. Rooms and villa was stunning.

Cons: The kitchen was so dirty! - sink, pots and pans all very dirty. Didn't want to use the cookware was that dirty. Had breakfast cooked first morning in the villa - it was cold and after we saw the state of the kitchen we cancelled and ordered delivery or ate out.
