10/10 – Perfect Family Stay at Villa Raja!
Pros: We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Raja in Seminyak. It was myself, my husband, and our three teenage kids, and the villa was perfect for our family. The four bedrooms and four bathrooms gave everyone their own space, which made the whole stay so much more relaxing. The private pool was a huge hit, and the pool table made for so many fun family moments. The villa itself was spotless and beautifully maintained, with staff regularly attending to the space. The team there were incredibly helpful and made everything so easy for us. The location was also perfect with great restaurants and coffee shops all within walking distance, yet still peaceful and private inside the villa. We had an amazing time at Villa Raja and would 100% stay here again on our next trip to Bali. Highly recommend!
Cons: Loved everything 😊

Great villa and very spacious
Pros: Well maintained, very close from Bintang market and the Main Street of Seminyak, the staff are very friendly and always happy to help. It’s a great villa if you’re travelling in groups of friends. Rooms are quite large and very cleaned. Pool table upstairs and two living rooms downstairs. Couldn’t recommend more !!

Excellent
Pros: Great group layout, pool table, location great with two small shops near by and lots of food options, pool was great, all the basics are provided, every room has its own on suite
Cons: The shower drains in each bathroom smelt like sewer and there is local construction noise directly across the road at the moment

Greaf Value Great Villa
Pros: Property was only accessible via a door and the walls were high all around thus feels more secure. The cleaning was done everyday after the 2nd day and when we arrived, it was already spick and span. Space was more than enough for 2 families of 4 i.e. 2 bedrooms on either side. Really value for money. Everything was provided e.g. mineral water dispenser (free standing type), basic ingredients for cooking, coffee and tea. The pool table and board games kept the spirits up when the weather was bleak. Convenience wise it is quite near the main road but still quiet and serene enough. There is a 24hr mart 2 doors down and a small cafe just after the entrance into the street. Nearby on the opposite side of the road is a kfc outlet and Al Jazeerah Signature.
Cons: The plots of land beside the property is left neglected, not any fault of the property but would have made the whole place looking better.

Great villa lay out, fun, relaxing & central location
Pros: Thank you so much to the team at Villa Raja. I loved the lay out of the villa, it's perfect for friends or families sharing that want to be close but still have their own space. The pool table and games gave us hours of fun and the villa has excellent cooking facilities. I'm really grateful for the stay and can't wait to come again soon!

Wonderful villa with pool
Pros: The villa had 4 large bedrooms (3 upstairs and 1 downstairs directly next to the pool). Each bedroom had their own bathroom (hot water did run out so not everyone got to shower). There were 3 older style kitchens and a wonderful pool. The rooms all had locks as did the main door. The villa provided Bintang for $3 a bottle (for the drinkers) and daily cleaning (which we didn't take up, didn't need it during our stay). There was plenty of food, laundries, hairdresser (Jo'y amazing) and small shops nearby to buy the basics. The beach was about a 20 minute walk away, down one street and you were there. If you wanted bigger shops it was a taxi/grab ride about 20 minutes into town. For our family it was a great place and I would stay there again.
Cons: The directions dropped us further up the road. It took a while to find the place with the help of a local calling the number, then driving us around on his bike. The airconditioner in one of the rooms broke a number of times during our stay. They came to fix it each time but still an inconvience. The location was ok, there is a pub directly across the road and every night they have a band playing and you can hear the street noise constantly throughout the night. So if you are a light sleeper this isn't the place for you. Mozzies are killers (they provide bug spray but take your own as well).

We had an absolutely amazing stay! Highly recommended!
Pros: Very spacious, clean, well equipped with basic stuff, has 3 separate kitchens which is amazing for a large group of families! Staff, Komang is awesome! Plus the shampoo and soap! The bathrooms smelled wonderful!
Cons: One of the room on the 2nd floor’s AC was dripping.
