The whole experience was excellent

Pros: Everything was beautiful. The staff, the gardens, having our own pool and breakfast brought to our room every morning - very spoilt. We liked the location because we did not want to be in the busy part. It was a bit of a walk to the main shopping and restaurant areas but transport easy to get too. It was fine for us. The staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. The bed extremely comfortable and room cozy and clean. The sound of the water feature wall at the end of the pool was also calming.

Cons: Nil

Pros: The staff were amazing, in particular Ayu in the restaurant and Nana at reception. Rooms were spacious and clean and the private pool was just big enough.

Cons: Only thing I would have liked was a main pool that was big enough for swimming laps or relaxing by it and having a cocktail. But that is not a deal breaker.

Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Accommodation was clean. In the restaurant, Ayu was sweet and friendly, and made sure our food was hot and tasty.

Cons: I have nothing to complain about. Honestly

Perfect villa in a great location with exceptional staff

Pros: The villa was spacious, extremely clean and wonderfully presented. The swimming pool and outside area was beautiful and we spent a lot of time there. Beds were super comfortable. Location was great, close to everything but in a quieter area so you felt away from the hustle and bustle. Breakfasts were great and all the staff really went out of their way to help and look after the guests. We loved our stay here and can’t wait to come back. A huge thanks to all the staff for making our stay so special.

Exceptional stay

Pros: We absolutely loved our villa. It was extremely comfortable and the staff were kind and friendly.

Cons: They weren’t any shops nearby, but we didn’t mind as we caught a Grab everywhere

Pros: Staff were attentive and very friendly. Rooms were lovely and bed was super comfortable. Location was great, quiet spot but close to everything.

Cons: Shower pressure was not great and the water temp was inconsistent. The breakfast we had was not so great, toast and tea was cold and they mixed up our order. Definitely preferred going out for breakfast. Due to there being gaps in the door and frame, we got a few bugs in at night time.

Pros: All the staff were very welcoming and the breakfast was superb

Cons: The bath was not clean enough

Quiet. Great for families with 2 large bedrooms and private pool

Pros: 800m /10min walk to Main Street of Seminyak. Quiet villas (no road noise) Very clean and large 2 bed villa with good air conditioning. Great size private pool. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Nice tropical walk up to reception (see pic)

A fabulous villa with great staff and lovely food. So clean and green and a nice chill vibe.

Pros: The staff were excellent. We had some VERY noisy neighbours who were playing loud music and they moved our room quickly and without fuss. Breakfast was always lovely and delivered to your door. The private pool was great and our room was spotless. Loved the huge bath and open air plants. Staff were so lovely and we loved all of the greenery.

Cons: The restaurant was tiny so we really didn't eat there at all. It's in a tiny back street and a bit of a walk from the main centre. They had pool floaties for hire but they were weirdly expensive.

Pros: The staff was amazing and always clean, and I would highly recommend it. we will be back in April as it was just amazing
