Good stay

Pros: Based in the centre of Kuta so it’s close to everything, shops, beach etc. helpful staff…

Cons: Property need to be refreshed, painted, definitely bathroom need to be renovated… place got best times behind.

Pros: this is a hidden gem close to everything . very comfortable .clean and a comfortable bed great value for money. lots of places to eat .centraly located ,3 types of room to suit your budget

Excellent location well worth the money

Pros: Location is excellent (even though our taxi couldn’t find it and we got dropped off on the main road and walked the few minutes to it). There are loads of bars and restaurants close by. An M mart is at the start of the alley and a laundry in the next alley. There is a kettle, the bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The pool was more than adequate and the staff are absolutely lovely

Cons: This is not the property’s fault but we struggled with sleep due to dogs barking and the cockerel starting at about 2 am
