Pros: Wow! Did I land on my feet for my first time ever in Bali. Staying here was like staying in a resort without the price tag. The facilities were great for the price. Everything that you would want - jazz bar across the road, beach 17 mins walk away and more. Made and Wayan (managers) were attentive and caring I felt safe and cared for. I met amazing people and family who were staying there who genuinely cares and looked out for others - I couldn't ask for more. The bed was ultra comfortable and clean. I upgraded to be downstairs for only $14 per night and really can't fault my stay at all. I certainly will be back and highly recommend Saphala Suite to any first time traveller to Bali - if you want to feel safe and cared for - this is the place to start ♥️

Stunning room and service but bathroom facilities lacking

Pros: Brilliant service from staff, who were very helpful and accommodating of the late check in as my flight arrived at night. Easy communication through whatsapp with quick response time. I had a comfortable bed in a private room. Linens were clean and main room area was spacious.

Cons: Bathroom had mold and cobwebs across ceiling and in doorway. Shower head needs to be cleaned.
