Royal Tulip Springhill Resort Jimbaran

Memorable, amazing and relaxing!

Pros: I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Royal Tulip Resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful (Ayu, Agus & Mangde) Assistance was always available and delivered to the highest standard. Our room was spacious, and impeccably clean, with beautiful views from both balconies, such a lovely touch. Room service was exceptional, with any requests attended to promptly and efficiently. The pool was beautiful, clean and suitable for babies & children. I also really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Each morning, staff kindly offered coffee or tea on arrival, and there was an impressive variety of savoury and sweet options, along with plenty of drinks to choose from. They were especially kind and accommodating towards our baby Malaika, which made our stay even more comfortable and memorable. Overall, a fantastic experience I would happily stay again!

Cons: It’s further away but nice and quiet away from everything. As long as you have Gojek or a driver you’re all set!

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Pros: The breakfast was terrible-LY good (my 8 year old said this). Great varieties and they offered different things daily.

Pros: The staff were lovely. Anton helped us with all the info we required to skip the traffic and go see Uluwatu Bella , the resident cat.

Cons: Too many leaves in the pool . Refills more frequent cleaning

Good place to stay

Pros: Staffs Mangde, Aysiah solved the problems. All the other stuffs are good too.

Cons: No microwave in the kitchen and utensil like bottle opener not available in the Kitchen.

Pros: Lovely staff, excellent pool, great breakfast, quiet. Great massage, we had a great 3 days!

Cons: The space, the rooms are large and well set up. The property offers great service, they have activities that can keep you busy , no need to go out

Pros: Beautiful place to stay Our room was very large clean and comfortable Staff were very welcoming Breakfast had plenty of choice Beautiful gardens and pool Close to the Rock Bar

Cons: It was a little far from the centre of town but we were there to go to the Rock Bar so it didn’t worry us.

A trip to remember. The staff made my mom's birthday extra special.

Pros: Great ambiance. Loved the food. Great service from the staff. The warmest smiles and best birthday surprise ever! We loved our family suite.

Pros: The location of the property is far from the crowded which makes it a perfect place for a family who seeks a quiet place to stay. It is surrounded by nature. The breakfast is 10 out of 10. Great value for the money. We stay in a 3 bedroom villa which is a great choice. The pool at the villa is a bit dirty, however the main pool at the hotel is great. It has a small slides for children and they have foam party every Saturday. Our kids enjoy the breakfast and the facilities.

Cons: The villa is mixed with a residential which makes it less private.

Pros: Beautiful place to stay. Very clean. Staffs are so nice and warming. Highly recommend this place for anyone- couple or families.
