Vivara Bali Private Pool Villas & Spa Retreat

Beautiful resort, great for relaxing

Pros: We wanted a few days of total relaxation, so if you’re looking for something out of the main areas this is an ideal location as you can not walk to anything from here. Very well maintained grounds, beautiful villas with private pools and outdoor bathrooms.

Cons: The restaurant onsite was below average, with a basic menu and bland food. The breakfast was poor with limited options. As this resort is out of the way, should you want to eat out you will need to book a taxi or scooter, there is nothing in walking distance except a basic convenience store by the resort entrance

Luxury stay and very private

Pros: Avery comfortable stay here in the private villas the pool was excellent with a huge room and outdoor dining, the breakfast was ok at first but as the week wore on it gradually went down serving cold food and long wait time not good for a hotel that wasn’t busy, the dining menu was quite good with a good selection but we didn’t eat there too much All the staff at Vivara were excellent and very friendly and helpful

Cons: Location is a bit out but their shuttle service was very good to local area only Bed linen was only changed on request I would like to see it changed daily And a fan in the outdoor dining would be good it can get a bit hot under there

Good place with private Villa and awesome swim pool, excepet the breakfast.

Pros: he pool water was clean, the villa was beautiful, and the bed was very comfortable. The service was excellent, and the staff were all lovely and helpful. Among all the great things, the free shuttle service was a real bonus — thanks to the amazing staff, we saved a lot of time and money on transportation. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Cons: The restaurant and breakfast didn’t quite match the high standard of the villa and other facilities. The juice tasted a bit bitter, and some of the food wasn’t very fresh. I stayed for more than a week, and breakfast was the main area of concern. Also, inside the Villa the kitchenware can be improved, the Villia room I was staying the knife was a bit rusty.

Pros: The best part of villa was huge private pool! It was amazing! The entire area looked very nice and well-maintained. There was privacy between the villas, which is a big plus.

Cons: Breakfast! We didn’t buy breakfast package and it was very good decision. One day we took floating breakfast and it was only good for photo.

Pros: This is the best stay we have ever had. Booked Vivara as part of our honeymoon and we wish we stayed here the whole time. Staff are incredibly kind and go above and beyond to make guests stay more comforting. And the villas are next level and exceed expectations. Resort facilities are great and the food from the buffet breakfast and restaraunt are delicious. Definitely coming back and cannot recommend Vivara enough. Massive guest pool, world class staff, wonderful spa services, amazing restaraunt and villas that photographs cannot capture their luxury and beauty.

Cons: We didn’t like that we had to leave

Perfect peaceful and private.

Pros: Gorgeous open villa with huge private pool. The grounds of the resort are immaculate.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Very nice and spacious bungalows (we had the type with two bedrooms), with 100% privacy. Little or non interaction was needed with staff or other guests, everything was very smooth.

Cons: Location is quite close to some beaches, but you still need to walk or get a taxi. You basically use the bungalows mainly for sleep, We did not use / see the restaurant or other facilities.

Pros: The villa and pool area was very nice and kept in a good standard

Cons: The breakfast buffet could have more variety with cold cuts and cheese.

Pros: Such a lovely place. Clean and huge. We enjoyed staying here very much. Nice massage. Good food. Recommend

Cons: Not much. Location was a bit away from everything - so had to take a grab everywhere.

Magnificent

Pros: We wanted a place to stay that was out of the way, no hustle and bustle. Perfect for what we wanted

Cons: Nothing, all was up to expectations
