Pros: The room was excellent and staff were lovely (always greeted us with a smile). The restaurant was good, we ate there each night).

Cons: The disappointment was the amount of rubbish on the beach. For a beach front hotel with was sad to see. I appreciate this is not the hotels fault but I felt more could be done to improve the outlook on to the beach from the hotel.

Pros: We stayed at the one bedroom king bed suite villa for just a couple of days layover in Bali and it was fantastic! The staff were really attentive, and made sure we got everything we needed. Love the herbal teas they provide everyday, the outdoor shower, the private pool (water temp was perfect), and the pretty lotus flowers around the property

Can’t say enough good things.

Pros: What a wonderful place! Until reaching this hotel, I had been disappointed that many hotels didn’t have much soul - this hotel proved me wrong and embodies everything you look for in Balinese hospitality. Beautifully kept, traditional, luxurious and staffed with kind and wonderful people. Very spacious rooms, incredibly clean. Wonderful service and the food at breakfast and in the restaurant was some of the best we had in 3 weeks in Bali. Some exceptional staff members, including Winwin and Jian and Gude in the restaurant and Sudarma and Topan in recreation.

Cons: Nothing, wonderful stay.

Relaxing

Pros: The resort is beautiful, gardens immaculate. Perfect location directly on the beach but the beach was littered with rubbish. The staff were wonderful.

Cons: The villas/rooms are a bit tatty and tired. Paintwork mucky on the corners, not what you expect when paying such a high rate.

Lovely stay, but could be improved.

Pros: Beautiful setting, friendly staff, excellent restaurant.

Cons: Lacked a proper gym/sauna. The beach is beautiful, but very dirty, which was a major disappointment.

Absolutely perfect and everything I had hoped to make my partners birthday special.

Pros: Beautiful room- lots of lovely touches such as welcome drinks, evening herbal tea prepared in flask for good sleep and petit fours. Morning and evening room care, mosquito lotion. Room very comfortable with relaxation zones and own pool very clean and card for. Traditional Celebration decorations for my partners birthday. Safe travel friendship bracelet and gifts. Delicious Breakfast
